Haha the opening of it was great with the dog. A lot of laughs in this it looks like they were going for more comedy, and I laughed at every joke.
LOL at Germaphobic cop, LOL at Dean being scared by a cat, LOL at Dean leaving Sam alone to fend for himself (and then needing liquor to toughen him up).
It was good.

Yeah, I think it's interesting they went the comedic route. Sam was just rolling his eyes at Dean being freaked out, and he didn't even seem that upset that Dean was gonna die in a few hours. The tone reminded me of "Bad Day at Black Rock," which I really liked. IIRC, Dean was pretty nonchalant about Sam's predicament in that episode.
Anyway, back to this episode. Dean's scream at the cat was hilarious. I rewound it a few times. I also loved his long rant about how they're insane for hunting monsters. The best part by far, though, was the very end with Jensen's lip-synch! Just for that, I can never delete this episode from the DVR.
Normally, I'd hate the excuse that Dean caught the sickness because he's a dick, but the episode was so strangely lighthearted that it didn't really bother me.
