Season 12
172 :12x01 - The First Exile (Feb/02/2006)
The 12th season begins with 16 castaways arriving in Panama and dividing into four tribes (older men, older women, younger men, younger women). The four teams compete in a reward challenge and the losing tribe is forced to banish one of its members to "Exile Island" to live alone until the next challenge. The good news is that there is a hidden immunity idol on the separate island. At tribal council, the first person is voted out.

173 :12x02 - Breakdown (Feb/09/2006)
When four tribes are consolidated into two during a school-yard pick, the last Survivor fears their time on the island might be over. One castaway struggles to adjust to life on the island. Will they overcome the pressure or quit? One Survivor makes a major mistake and leaves their tribe disappointed, hungry and still desperate for food. As the castaways get to know each other, they waste no time forming alliances, leaving two Survivors feeling vulnerable and another two in a position of power.

174 :12x03 - Crazy Fights, Snake Dinners (Feb/16/2006)
The Survivor chosen to go to Exile Island desperately tries to endure a horrendous night of bitingly cold winds and torrential rain with no shelter for protection. One castaway proves to be an all-star at the Reward Challenge which then brings a major win for a starving tribe. Bickering starts early for one tribe and leaves some castaways questioning there premature alliances. Call it superstition or plain coincidence, but one group's interesting dinner gives more than strength to a weak tribe.

And, the third member is voted out of the tribe.

175 :12x04 - Starvation and Lunacy (Feb/23/2006)
In a surprising change of events, a banished castaway thrives on Exile Island while the rest of their tribe struggles for food and fire back at camp. The excitement over winning a Reward Challenge immediately causes a stir within the tribe when one survivor contaminates their prized possession. Constant bickering and shouting matches between tribe members leaves one castaway regretting their alliance with, what they consider, a "bunch of lunatics." After the last Tribal Council, one castaway begins to worry they too may be in danger. Will their strong efforts and competitive nature be enough to keep them in the game?

And, the fourth member is voted out of the tribe.

176 :12x05 - For Cod's Sake (Mar/02/2006)
After a Reward Challenge win, two Survivors secretly hoard part of a reward, and anger and resentment result when the rest of the tribe finds out. Two Survivors fall ill, keeping them up all night and leaving them drained right before the Immunity Challenge. Can these two castaways pull through or will they bring down their tribe? It's a long afternoon for the losing tribe as chaos and confusion preside over the decision of who to vote off next. Will an alliance stick together or fall apart?

And, the fifth member is voted out of the tribe.

177 :12x06 - Salvation and Desertion (Mar/09/2006)
One castaway's continuous outbursts cause tribe Casaya to experience a sleepless night. La Mina's strong tribe may be weakening from lack of food and water, but they still find strength in the relationships being formed on the island. Will this be enough to win the next Immunity Challenge? For one castaway, being sent to Exile Island is a blessing rather than a punishment. One tribe learns that having an alliance doesn't always guarantee one's safety when a twist in the game leaves the losing tribe with a big decision and the fate of one castaway left in the hands of another tribe mate.

And, the sixth member is voted out of the tribe.

178 :12x07 - A Closer Look (Mar/15/2006)
Jeff Probst highlights the first fifteen days of the castaways adventures on the island. Never-before-seen footage includes tribe Casaya singing "Happy Birthday" to Shane's son, Boston, who is celebrating his 13th birthday back in the United States, Sally confiding in Austin about her recent divorce and subsequent alienation from her family, an evening eruption around the Casaya campfire that ends when Aras makes a speech to motivate the group and Casaya's surprise source of food which subsequently powers them to an Immunity victory.

179 :12x08 - An Emerging Plan (Mar/30/2006)
It's bittersweet for Sally to be stranded alone on Exile Island as she knows she'd have been the next to go otherwise. When the two tribes finally become one, Sally returns to seemingly open arms from all remaining castaways. After proper introductions are made, the remaining survivors celebrate as one new tribe, but hidden agendas quickly overtake the camp when the former La Mina tribe, currently in the minority, tries to persuade some of the former Casaya castaways to join their alliance. Building a bigger shelter becomes a dangerous project and leaves Bruce with a chipped tooth and a cut lip.

And, the seventh member is voted out of the tribe.

180 :12x09 - The Power of the Idol (Apr/06/2006)
Two tribe members are sent to Exile Island and they form an unexpected bond. Castaways from the original La Mina team try to break up the Casaya alliance. At tribal council, the eighth person is voted off of the islands.

181 :12x10 - The Fight For Your Life or Eat (Apr/13/2006)
Several castaways accept a tempting offer that means they must opt out of the Immunity Challenge; the remaining Casaya members are asked to form a new alliance; and a male survivor decides wear a skirt.

182 :12x11 - Medical Emergency (Apr/20/2006)
When a medical emergency sends one survivor off the island for treatment, the others are left wondering whether or not the fallen castaway will recover and be able to return to the competition.

A brutally honest Reward Challenge, leaves one castaway particularly hurt by the outcome and another miffed that they weren't chosen to participate in the reward. Can the castaways get along after the challenge or are some tribe members too bitter to forgive and forget? As the lone member of the former La Mina tribe, Terry finds himself without any allies at camp. His only hope is that the constant bickering between the others will continue, although he still has the opportunity to use the Hidden Immunity Idol he found while on Exile Island (which some tribe members doubt he actually has). Tensions run high around camp when Shane questions the strength of his alliance and threatens to turn the game.

Will the tenth member of the tribe be voted out, or will the medical emergency force the ailing survivor to leave the game for good?

183 :12x12 - Perilous Scramble (Apr/27/2006)
As the winner of all three individual Immunity Challenges, Terry knows he must win again if he wants to stay in the game. Will he be able to win his fourth straight Individual Immunity or will he have to finally use the hidden Immunity Idol he found on Exile Island? Either way, it's clear the Casaya alliance will have to eat one of their own at the next Tribal Council.

When the remaining six are split into two teams of three to compete in the Reward Challenge, the excitement is taken to a new level when the winning team learns they get the chance to compete in a second individual Reward Challenge to win a GMC Yukon. Which lucky castaway walks away with this season's biggest reward so far?

As the end of the game nears, the survivors begin to focus on the pros and cons of who they remain aligned with. Can Terry finally talk any of the survivors into forming a new alliance? With new threats emerging in the game, everyone seems to have their own ideas of what should happen at Tribal Council. Find out whose manipulative ways win out.

And, the eleventh tribe member departs the island.
