We Hate Our Tribe - Recap

With Kristina voted out to Redemption Island, for the Ometepa tribe: Ashley, Grant, Phillip, Natalie, Boston Rob, and Andrea. For the Zapatera tribe: Mike, Stephanie, Ralph, Julie, Krista, Steve, Sarita, and David remain in the competition and Night 11 on the Ometepe tribe, it is pouring down. Phillip says that he is the odd man out and that he is going to have to show that he is the one to keep in the competition.

Day 12

At the Ometepe tribe, Rob feels that Philip is annoying and he is taking the heat off of him. Rob starts to think that it might be a good idea to keep Philip rather than get rid of him. At the Zepatera tribe, they talk on how they are going to be able to get through to the merge and they get the tree mail. They have to send two to watch the challenge.

The duel is upon Kristina and Matt and this time they are going to have to race to complete a puzzle cube. The winner goes on, the loser goes home. Matt doesn’t like the fact that Rob voted him out and Jeff asks Rob why he voted him out and Rob says that it takes the tribe to vote off. The game is close, but it is Matt who wins the competition. Matt says that he is going to come back to the tribe and Stephanie says that they are going to flip to Rob’s side because they hate their tribe. Kristina has to put her buff in the fire, but she doesn’t want to. She waits a moment and then drops it in.

Ometepe tribe and Ashley and Natalie talk and Ashley says that she doesn’t like rice. Philip isn’t happy with the fact that he is alone with the girls because he doesn’t have any relationship with any of them. Philip talks to Andrea and says that he can see her, Matt and him at the finals. Andrea doesn’t know if she should be talking to Philip or not. Rob and Grant get back from watching the battle and tell that Matt won again. Philip has intentions of taking Rob out of the competition. At the Zapatera tribe, Stephanie and Krista scheme and say that they are not going to tell them all the details and let them keep it to themselves.

Day 13

At the Zapatera tribe, they are feeling confident that they are going to win the next challenge and Stephanie says that there is no strategizing in their team. They talk about how they have a chance to win and keep winning until the merge.

Immunity Challenge Time and both tribes are ready for the challenge. They are going for a reward of doughnuts and coffee. They are going to have to have the members walk through a maze blind folded while one is the caller. The challenge is close with Stephanie is getting frustrated. They put their puzzles together and Rob gets the puzzle solved first and Ometepe wins the immunity and reward.

On the Ometepe tribe, they all enjoy doughnuts and coffee and they enjoy the sweet taste of victory, as the puzzle said. Grant sees a piece of paper in the coffee, but Rob sees it too. Rob says that he is going to hide it. However, Rob schemes and gives Grant the first clue and hides the 2nd clue without him knowing about it. They hide the 1st clue away. On the Zapatera tribe, they talk about how David should have been the puzzle builder and Sarita doesn’t like the separation that she is feeling. Krista and Stephanie are on the chopping block tonight and Stephanie says that there is nothing they can do. She says that they just have to get back from Redemption Island.

Tribal Council Time and both Krista and Stephanie tell that their tribe is not playing the game right and that it is going to come down to them and they are going to be lost. She says there has been no game plan. However, Mike says that Krista wouldn’t know their game plan because she is not in their Group of Six. The voting begins and they are tallied. There are 2 votes for Steve and 4 Krista. The next voted off to go to Redemption Island is Krista.
