!!!!!! This review contains spoilers !!!!!!
Kurt Angle celebrated the Angle awards while Pac-Man Jones failed to make any IMPACT (pun intended) on IMPACT!!!
Despite, a couple of improvements in TNA recently they reverted back to mediocrity. In the widely anticipated (but predictable) Hard Justice, Angle held against Samoa Joe with the unveling that Karen Angle was playing all alone.
This was a dumb move by TNA and looking at the ratings and buy rates they are as abysmal as ever (in the 0.9 range). Now you can see why guys are opting to leave TNA and it was reported a few months ago that Joe didn't want to resign with the company. As Angle is an ex-WWE star and Joe has been a TNA star in the making, it's your guess as to why TNA was not smart enough to put Joe over in a major ppv. It's not surprising that Joe was hardly in this episode.
Likewise, it's equally as hilarious that so far this PAC-MAN Jones deal has literally exploded in TNA's face. The Titans have barred Jones as per his contract with the Titans do any wrestling so any hype TNA has made on Jones has quickly evaporated.
Daniels vs. Lethal was a decent match but neither man has been pushed over for X-Divison and Lethal's one week reign as Champion was laughable at best.
TNA also decided to throw any PPV style match free on TV with Abyss vs. Cage. Abyss won thanks to a lot of interference. Does it make it a difference at this point? TNA with their latest WWE acquisitions seems to be ignoring and ridiculing their TNA talents for months now. I don't blame fans for now jumping of the TNA bandwagon and the ratings seem to discredit any praise for a company whose company is clearly borrowing on a lot of ex-WWE without much success.
