Crude and controversial police thriller series. Much criticized for its violence, the first series was curtailed. The second season was more restrained. Patrick Mower played Detective Superintendent Steve Hackett, an informal and streetwise detective, always ready to track down and nab criminals in the nasty city streets where they act.
