Shredder makes use of Krangs' super conducting Magnet to control gravity, either anchoring people to the streets, or levitating the Turtles into the air. When the Turtles manage to seize control of anti-gravity boots worn by The Foot Soldiers, Shredder takes to the surface and increases the magnets' power, raising entire buildings into the air.

28 :03x10 - Turtles At the Earth's Core (Oct/31/1989)
A Dinosaur ravages New York City, in an effort to stop the mayhem, the Turtles befriend the rampaging dino, a diplodocus they name "Dippy". Following Dippy, the Turtles and April discover a prehistoric hidden realm near the earths' core, sustained by a powerful energy crystal.

When the crystal is accidentaly damaged by Shredder, it endangers the very life essence of the dinosaurs, including Dippys', its' a race against time for the Turtles to recover and repair the crystal before Krang uses it to re-power The Technodrome.

29 :03x11 - April's Fool (Sep/19/1989)
April is invited to a costume party by a princess! She has a makeover done, which ends up making her look like the princess. April, while in the princess' room, is kidnapped by Shredder, who mistakes April for the princess, whom he was planning to ransom. Meanwhile, the Turtles are inside of the party, looking for April, whom they were talking to when he Turtle-Com broke (when Shredder came to kidnap her). Luckily, it's a costume party, enabling them to dress as themselves.

30 :03x12 - Attack of Big MACC (Sep/20/1989)
A rift in the space/time continuum, opened by the malfunction of a new government super laser, unleashes MACC, an automated attack solider from the future.

Initially clashing with the TMNT, MACC soon becomes better acquainted with them, but it's not long before Shredder captures him and uses a Docelator to put him under his control, enabling him to level New York City using MACC'S incredible firepower. Can the TMNT free MACC from Shredder's control before Krang uses him to lead an invasion into the future?

Eager to provide Splinter with a worthy gift to honor him on National Sensei Appreciation Day, the Turtles purchase a Ninja Sword from a Pawn Shop unaware it's metal is made of an alien material that can enable the Sword to cut through Dimensions.

Fully aware, Shredder steals the sword and uses it to begin a campaign of destruction against the Turtles, capturing Splinter and sending him into another realm far from the Turtles' reach

36 :03x18 - Cowabunga Shredhead (Sep/28/1989)
Michaelangelo's crave for pizza causes him to eat the entire supply of pizza in the turtle's home. They decide to use hypnosis to make Michaelangelo lose his craving for pizza, and it is successful.
Meanwhile, Shredder and Krang come up with a nefarious plan to create a hologram of Michaelangelo to impersonate the real turtle and infiltrate the sewer system. While testing the hologram device, Bebop and Rocksteady make the system malfunction by inserting the floppy disk in backwards, which causes it to shoot Michaelangelo's traits into Shredder. Shredder believes he's Michaelangelo, and knows every thing about the original -- including the location of the lair! Splinter, yet again, uses hypnosis on Shredder. When Shredder hears "Michaelangelo," he shall become Michaelangelo, but when he hears "Shredder," he shall become his diabolical self again.

37 :03x19 - Invasion of the Turtle Snatchers (Sep/29/1989)
While out purchasing a pizza, Donatello is abducted by an alien spacecraft, and sent into a forest-like area, along with Bebop, who has also been abducted. They must work together to get out of the hazardous area, and when they do, they discover it is but a mere child who has kidnapped them for someone to play with. The parents of the aliens are harmless, peaceful fellows, but have advanced technology with weapons. Bebop sees this as something that would interest Shredder, so he tells them his coordinations, and Shredder heads up there. Shredder steals all of their equipment, and uses it in his plan to take over the world.

A friendly alien tourist, a Polarisoid, inadvertently begins causing unrest when he innocently takes photgraphs, sucking in people, buildings, and cars, to keep as souvenirs, Shredder and Krang seize the camera in an attempt to use it against the Turtles.

Krang concocts a love potion to drive the Turtles mad with lust for the first female they see, their bickering over who attains her hand in marriage will provide adequate distraction for the villain to commence draining the energies of a Nuclear Submarine straight into the power batteries within The Technodrome.

When the hapless victim of the Turtles' affections turns out to be Irma, and with only Donatello unaffected, the brother's disputes reach a violent turn, April is then captured by Rocksteady, also under the love potion's influence, Don realizes he has very little time left to cure the remaining Turtles

40 :03x22 - Return of the Fly (Oct/04/1989)
Donatello creates a new device that will enable the turtles to track the movements of the Technodrome. No sooner does he finish it, the Technodrome starts moving. Baxter Stockman, now the Fly, is in a separate universe, where he is able to view the activity of the turtles, as well as Shredder, Krang, and the rest of them. He decides to extract his revenge upon Shredder, but he cannot physically harm them. Being a genius, he realizes he can become actual matter again by simply being struck by lightning. He travels to the top of the Empire State Building during a thunderstorm, and is struck by lightning. Baxter's prediction comes true, and the Fly is once again on Earth. He begins his plan to recieve vengeance upon Shredder, Krang, and the Turtles.

The Turtles come to blows with Vigilante Casey Jones as Krang uses a legion of Cybernetic Insects to construct a seemingly invincible variation of the Knucklehead Spider-Droid, which he uses to spread terror through the city.

Whilst fending off the Turtles during a raid on two trains carrying the ingredients required to creature Mutagen, Rocksteady and Bebop accidentally crash the trains into the nearby reserves of a Stockyard, when two bulls drink from the lake, they are transform3ed into a ferocious three legged hybrid Bull with a fierce temper and an ability to merge and disconnect from one another, and they soon target April O'Neil, prompting an encounter with the Turtles

The Turtles and Casey infiltrate the industrial corporation Octopus Inc to investigate the mysterious actions of the company's president, who has been kidnapping and hypnotizing several of his business rivals to commit crimes that will eventually lead to the "Grand Arising"

44 :03x26 - Pizza By the Shred (Oct/10/1989)
The Shredder is desperate to catch the turtles, so he creates a pizza parlor, entitled "Weird Pizza." Knowing the turtles love pizza with bizarre toppings, Shredder decides creates a commercial to attract the turtles' attention, which will cause them to order from him, knowing that they will not purchase a pizza in public. Michaelangelo wants to get a job from Weird Pizza so he can buy a new surfboard, but he is rejected, until he claims to have his own car.
Meanwhile, the turtles are fixing up the Neutrino's hover car, but Donatello has yet to re-install the brakes. Michaelangelo takes the car without permission, and begins delivering pizzas. Shredder is steadily waiting for the turtles to order pizza, for when they do, he will put a tracking device (in the form of an anchovy) on their pizza, which will lead him to their lair.

45 :03x27 - Super Bebop and Mighty Rocksteady (Oct/11/1989)
Frustrated with the frequent bungling of Rocksteady and Bebop, Shredder replaces them with bigger, stronger, cyborg counterparts to assist him in setting up a device at Channel Six that will transmit a hypnotic message across the entire city, turning the population into his obedient slaves.

Krang hires the beautiful lady ninja Lotus to replace Shredder, and deploys her against the Turtles. Lotus soon crosses swords with Leonardo, and the two opponents develop a strong affection for each other. However, their loyalties to their respective sides remain, leading to vicious conflicts.

Meanwhile, Shredder schemes to disgrace Lotus and regain Krang's favor

48 :03x30 - Leatherhead: Terror of the Swamp (Oct/14/1989)
Raphael is taking a trip down memory lane, reliving the past experience with the Punk Frogs. Coincedentally, the same Punk Frogs are being terrorized by Leatherhead, an aligator who was mutated into a human-aligator by the same mutagen that transformed the turtles and the Punk Frogs. Leatherhead forces the frogs to be his slaves.
At the Technodrome, Krang's scanner picks up mutant activity at the swamp, and sends Shredder, who sees Leatherhead making short work of the turtles, and believes that the turtles are defeated.

The turtles, Zach, and his friend, Caitlin, visit a museum in which a magic show is performed by "The Great Boldini." He performs a trick in which he makes a priceless emerald disappear, but the lights go out, and when they reappear, The Great Boldini is bound and gagged, and the emerald is missing. He claims to not be involved in the disappearance of the jewel. All of the exits are sealed off and everyone in the museum is searched. The turtles are revealed under their disguises, and are arrested, leaving it up to Zach and Caitlin to find the thiefs.

April , secretly working amongst them undercover, is dragged into their effort along with Mickey, who is beginning to revert from human to Turtles back and fourth...

The Neutrino's pet, a creature with the ability to move objects with his mind, called a Grybyx, escapes from Dimension X, and comes to Earth, where he unknowingly wreaks havoc in New York. No sooner does the Grybyx appear, does the Neutrinos. When fed foreign foods, the Grybyx turns from it's cute and cuddly state into a gigantic monster. Michaelangelo is unaware of this, and feeds it a pizza. The transformed Grybyx threatens the safety of the turtles, as well as the whole city.

Baxter explores an abandoned Pyramid shaped alien spaceship that can travel through multiple dimensions. Seeking a means of conquering all realities. The ship becomes a subject of cation by the Turtles, who are worried the ship will attract too many people and compromise the safety of their lair.

They embark on a journey to the ship, but run into Shredder. The two oppoising forces eventually enter the ship, where Baxter hopes to finally eliminate his greatest enemies once and for all...

Desperate to restore The Technodrome, Shredder learns of a powerful energy module safeguarded by a new military supercomputer called CY-CLOMPS, sabotaging it to work solely for him and staging a coup at the vault at which it is housed, Shredder also manages to snare April O'Neil inside the vault. Her supply of oxygen cut off by CY-CLOMPS, April contacts the Turtles.

With The Technodrome re powered and making its' presence felt beneath the Earth, the Turtles resolve to enter the machine and stop it from within. Shredder and Krang use a miniaturization device from Dimension X to make small matters out of any of Earths' military defenses that may stand in the path of the machine as it nears the surface

The Turtles, believing the Technodrome vanquished, are surprised by the sudden resurfacing of the vehicle in front of them, as Shredder and Krang begin to drain energy from nearby sources, the Turtles attempt unsuccessfully to halt it from the outside. April alerts Burne of the Technodrome as it makes its' way into the city, fighting off the military with ease. With the Technodrome poised to open a portal to Dimension X and destroy the planet, the Turtles and Splinter prepare for a final confrontation
