106 :05x02 - Once Upon a Time Machine (2) (Sep/17/1991)
Krang discovers an opening in the space/time continuum and finds the means of transporting Shredder to the distant future. The Turtles' new friend Hokum accidentally stumbles on Shredders' time traveling and alerts the Turtles to help their future, and slightly age hindered selves, from preventing Shredders' conquest of tomorrow with the aid of Rocksteady and Bebops' former gang members.

Shredder breaks into selected areas across the world, from Tokyo to aqquire a mysterious book, to infiltrating the holding pen of a fusion reactor, which conducts power to a large magnetic structure. Shredders' twin brother, an officer of law enforcement, follows his trail to New York and confronts the Turtles.

Keeping his relation to his brother a secret, Shredders' sibling allies with the Turtles, but will his attempts at preserving any law enforced rule from being broken hinder the Turtles and pave the way clear for Shredder to finally free The Technodrome?

Krang sends Shredder, Rocksteady, and Bebop to seize an anti-mutagen compound, but they inadvertently create two new mutants from garbageman, Muckman and Joe Eyeball, whilst fighting the Turtles. The new mutants soon realize that the Turtles are weakened whenever they come close, prompting an easy opportunity to seize April and Irma in retaliation for their condition

Shredder returns to the Florida swamps to find the mutagen pool that birthed the Punk Frogs and Leatherhead, hoping to use some of the water to fuel a new mutagen shooter, he is confronted by Napoleon Bonnafrog, but the fight results in Napoleon mutating into a feral, giant frog whom Shredder brings back to New York to use against his enemies.

Leonardo becomes disgusted with his brother's insistence on building their muscles to overcome a group of crooked enforcers that succeeded in overpowering them, preferring to practice and refine his ninjitsu. He is soon forced to ally himself with Casey Jones when his brothers are captured by the same adversaries, and their employer, Wally Airhead, whose experiments in strength enhancement has made his minions a force to be reckoned with

Raphael, determined to prove he can be a master of disguise, takes the place of costumed vigilante Mad Dog Mcmutt, who has recently suffered amnesia. Raph is soon captured by enemies of Mcmutt, whilst the TMNT convince the real hero that he is Raphael so he can help them recover their brother in his confused state

The Turtles battle two new mutant menaces created by Shredder, Groundchuck and Dirtbag, but in the midst of battle, both parties are taken to a distant planet of Turtle like aliens by the well meaning Turtloid Kerma. Finding the planet under threat by a two headed dragon known as Hermin The Horrible, the TMNT face the duel problem of defeating Hermin, and keeping Groundchuck and Dirtbag from taking over the Turtloid city themselves. Meanwhile, whilst the Turtles' away, the rats will play, and April is caught in the mouse trap, forced to bear witness to Shredder and Krangs' attempts to create a new Technodrome using Shredders' most lethal weapon yet, the cyborg Chromedome...
