The Turtles, having earned a free vacation to Europe for five, embark on their journey, first arriving in France, home to the breathtaking sites that come attached to the Eiffel Tower. But Shredder, Rocksteady, and Bebop have also arrived in France, and the tower forms a vital part of their attempts to bring The Technodrome back to Earth

The Turtles journey to the Alps, April begins to notice that the ice surrounding them is melting rapidly, unusual at this time of season. The meltdown is soon found to be the cause of a new scheme by Krang to flood the Earth using a Zeotropic wave diverter, the TMNT take April, Irma, and her new boyfreind on a hunt for Shredder, who has the diverter with him, but is Irma's' new spouse a hanger on or a hindrance?

146 :07x04 - Venice on a Half Shell (4) (Oct/02/1993)
In Venice, the TMNT again run afoul of Shredder, who is now attempting to assemble a delicate piece of equipment Krang is gradually sending him in peices that when combined, will form a weapon that possesses the ability to flood the entire city, but Shredder's impatience gets the better of him and he activates the device without a vital component, endangering everyone.

Shredder unearths King Arthur's ancient sword Excalibur and uses it's powers to terraform the whole of England into his own medieval kingdom. With April a hostage of the new monarch, the TMNT battle Shredder to retrieve the sword and prevent April from becoming Saki's modern day Guenevere

The Turtles travel to Greece, where April falls under the influence of a mystical necklace that apparently contains the power to awaken the lost city of Atlantis itself. The Turtles battle a cult of Idol worshipers loyal to April, whom they see as the reincarnation of their Queen, and Shredder, who seeks to acquire the necklace's power to control the word.

Shredder, Rocksteady and Bebop sneak on board the newly revived Orient Express to activate a supercharger that will send the train hurtling into nearby oil fields, providing an explosion Krang can harness to free The Technodrome. The Turtles battle the villains to ensure mass murder isn't commited by the Orient Express for once, not on it.

The Turtles befriend a seemingly harmless alien child known as Quarx, they also run into an alien hunter known as Drako, who insists they allow him to find and apprehend the "Starchild", one of the most destructive beings in the universe. The TMNT initially refuse, but when Quarx begins to use his telekinetic abilities to play more dangerously than safely, endangering the city, the Turtles realize Drako is right in his intentions...

Vernon and Irma switch places with two criminals from Dimension X, Skaarg and Dementor due to a space/time rift, trapping the two reporters in a Dimension X penitentiary. Skaarg and Dementor soon engage in battle with the Turtles and commandeer Donatello's inter dimensional portal, bringing fourth the dreaded Dregma Brothers to assist them in laying waste to the city

Vernon is captured and brought to The Technodrome, whilst Krang learns that the Neutrinos have been captured deep within Dimension X, he arranges for the group of punks to be brought to Earth and turned into darker, evil versions of themselves, and dispatched to eliminate the Turtles...

163 :07x21 - Escape from the Plant of the Turtleloids (Nov/27/1993)
The Turtles are asked by Turteloid Kerma to return to the planet Shell-Ri-La to help repair the Turteloid's defenses, which have malfunctioned. The TMNT battle old enemies Grounchuck, Dirtbag, and Captain Dread upon arriving, and also must face the threat of Brute Force, four identical, and ruthless aliens assisting their enemies.

Meanwhile on Earth, Krang unleashes Hunter Drones to find and eliminate the absent Turtles, whilst he attempts to use the nearby New York Colossal Building's antena to collect the energies of a solar storm that will repower The Technodrome

Baxter Fly returns once more when Krang accidentally releases him whilst repairing the Dimensional Portal/ Baxter promptly discovers that a genetic research facility has succeeded in developing the very essences of insects, essence which Baxter uses to infect the city and transform it's population into insects of all kinds. The Turtles must battle this new threat, even if there enemies are innocent civilians, even their own friends...

Rocksteady and Bebop investigate the mysterious lost city of Atlantis, only for Bebop to be mistaken for a long prophesied King that will lead the inhabitants of the city into a new tomorrow. Krang and Shredder use Bebop's new stature to seize the Star of Atlantis to use in powering The Technodrome's main cannon. The Turtles ally themselves with Atlantis' only mutant Merdude to retrieve the Jewel

166 :07x24 - Dirk Savage: Mutant Hunter (Dec/04/1993)
Mutant despising ideologist A.J Howard hires Mutant Hunter Dirk Savage to hunt down and capture all mutants in the city. Within days, Savage corals two of the Punk Frogs. Determined to investigate Howard's true motives, the Turtles contact Mondo Gecko, who allows himself to be captured and discover Howard's shocking scheme, he is a mutant himself who wishes to enslave the human race with the mutants he has captured forming his formidable army.

Krang clones himself several times, creating new independent entities who soon develop full bodies, transforming them into Krang's alien race of the Krangazoids. They rebel against Krang and attack the city, greatly dividing the Turtles, who are also faced with the task of rescuing Leonardo and April from the grip of Shredder...

A newly opened amusement park specializing in the participants fighting robotic automatons requires test subjects to handle the droids, the TMNT are nominated by April, but there is a far more sinister agenda at work

169 :07x27 - Shredder Triumphant (Dec/18/1993)
Shredder, Rocksteady, and Bebop arrive at the Asian arts exhibit and proceed to loot it, The Turtles head out to stop them despite a grave warning from splinter that there will be dire consequences if they try to stop the villains. Arriving at the exhibit, the Turtles take care of shredder and his aides quite easily.

Then they discover they were set up! Whilst Shredder was keeping the TMNT occupied with a faux heist on the arts exhibit, Krang and the foot soldiers had pulled a raid of their own, stealing precious regenerative power cells from the space administration center. Krang uses the cells to empower the Technodrome, and the machine emerges from the sea to terrorise the city, and the world, once again , the Turtles break into the machine, only to fall into a deadly trap, and find themselves on a trip to Dimension X...
