Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003)

Far closer to it's MIRAGE comics roots than any previous Turtles cartoon, this version of the TMNT also offers it's own original twists and turns, leaving new possibilities, and drawing in new and original audiences

It all started with four pet turtles and a canister of Ooze. When the turtles are bathed in the ooze, they begin to grow, to change, to mutate! Raised in the New York City sewers by Master Splinter, who teaches them how to be experts at martial arts, now the Turtles have risen from their dwellings into the very city itself, inhabiting it at night, they wage war against crime and evil in it's many forms, be it ruthless gangs, lowlife crooks, mutated abominations, deranged cyborgs, or even the crime syndicate The Foot, led by their armored nemesis, The Shredder

They are the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

TMNT: FAST FORWARD: Transported to the future by Casey Jones' great grandson Cody, the Turtles now face new threats from a world open to coexistence with alien forces, both friendly and hostile, as well as the threat of the mysterious and deadly Dark Turtles

TMNT: BACK TO THE SEWER: Returning from the future, the Turtles are attacked by an old enemy, Viral, who ensnares Master Splinter and traps him within cyberspace. With their sensei lost to them, the TMNT, with the aid of Casey and April, must learn to face new and returning adversaries without their sensei in their quest to not only safeguard New York, but also venture into the cyber realm to find and retrieve Splinter himself...
