Description:
The Turtles are transported into the midst of a battle between The Triceraton Republic, and the forces of the militant Federation.
Befriending the friendly scientist Proffesor Honeycutt, trapped in the body of his robotic servant and deemed a "fugitoid" by his former Federation masters, the Turtles brave both factions in a bid to return to Earth, intending to reunite with the ill Master Splinter and learn the truth of the alien race known as The Utroms
Returning to Earth, the Turtles face not only their old nemeis The Shredder, but also discover the truth of their own origins, and the startling truth behind The Shredder's identity is revealed.
