1 :01x01 - Things Change

Whilst training in the lair, the TMNT are ambushed by a horde of mousers, the resulting conflict destroys the lair, and the Turtles are separated from their mentor, Splinter. As they journey through the sewer network in an effort to reach the surface and locate Splinter, the Turtles do battle with not only further Mouser forces, but also an elite group of ninjas known as the Purple Dragon Gang.

2 :01x02 - A Better Mousetrap (1)

His Mousers will revolutionize New York's' race in the pest control game, but Dr. Baxter Stockman has a different agenda, and when his assistant April O'Neil uncovers it, it leads to a frantic retreat into the sewers, and a chance encounter with the Turtles...

3 :01x03 - Attack of the Mousers (2)

The TMNT and April become more acquainted as Baxter unleashes his mousers on the city, with Aprils' help, the Turtles confront the scientist in his lair, battling through a miniature mouser legion to cut his ambitions short

4 :01x04 - Meet Casey Jones

Raphael is a little cooped up underground with only his brothers and Master Splinter, couped up to the extent he lashes out at his brothers. Raph gets out into the city, and meets up with Street crime scourge Casey Jones. After a brief skirmish, they join together against an ambush by The Purple Dragons

5 :01x05 - Nano

A con artist befriends a maverick nanotech machine named Nano, upon bonding, he decides to use Nano's powers to break into several banks and accommodations, eventually setting their sights on April's Antique Shop

6 :01x06 - Darkness on the Edge of Town

The TMNT corner the Foot Clan during an attempt by their enemies to confiscate several artifacts for themselves.

7 :01x07 - The Way of Invisibility

Casey becomes an unwelcome house guest in the Turtle's lair, Raphael is charged with keeping him preoccupied for a while and takes Casey into the city, but when Raph is captured by the Foot Tech Ninjas, armed with the ability to cloak themselves from the human eye, it falls to Casey to liberate him from the clutches of Hun

8 :01x08 - Fallen Angel

Casey and the Turtles must convince a feisty young girl named Angel from falling into the ranks of The Purple Dragons, during their efforts however, Casey is captured and strung up by Hun for use in a sickening cage match against an army of Dragon mercenaries.

9 :01x09 - Garbageman

The Turtles investigate recent disappearances that lead them to a garbage infested island ruled by an obese slave-master known as "Garbageman", using the homeless for his nefarious agendas

10 :01x10 - The Shredder Strikes (1)

Leonardo is visited by Oroku Saki, who claims he is being hunted by The Guardians and that he requests Leos' aid, Leo considers it, until Splinter tells his students of his darkest hour...the death of his sensei and owner at the hands of Saki, also known to his enemies as The Shredder

Refusing to join Shredders' side, Leonardo and the Turtles battle The Shredder as he leads the Foot Clan against them in an epic rooftop battle, briefly retreating, the Turtles and Splinter recover long enough to attempt a return struggle, Leo encounters The Guardians...

12 :01x12 - The Unconvincing Turtle Titan

Michelangelo, inspired by real life vigilante superhero The Silver Sentry, dons his own costumed identity, the Turtle Titan. He soon allies with the Sentry himself to take on the insidious Doctor Malingus

13 :01x13 - Notes from the Underground (1)

The Turtles stumble on an underground genetics lab deep underground that contain a group of mutated, discarded, castoffs of Foot genetic experimentation

14 :01x14 - Notes from the Underground (2)

The Turtles briefly battle with the mutations before coming to their aid against even more feral creatures, the battle unites the two factions and they explore more of the underground tunnels, during the effort, Donatello goes missing

15 :01x15 - Notes from the Underground (3)

Discovering a vast underground city, the Turtles and the Mutations stumble on the sole survivor of an ancient civilization, who seemingly wishes to provide the Mutations with the opportunity to return to normalcy, but can he be trusted?

16 :01x16 - The King

The Turtles move into April's apartment, Donatello soon makes friends with one of her tenants, Kirby, an incredible comic artist whose pen opens the doorway to another dimension, where he finds his drawings have come alive, but this also drags both him and Donatello into a war being waged on the other side...

17 :01x17 - The Shredder Strikes Back (1)

Leonardo is brutally ambushed and torn apart by The Foot Clan and a new type of Clan warrior, the Foot Mystics, he makes it back to Aprils' apartment, near exhaustion, whilst The Shredder waits in the wings

18 :01x18 - The Shredder Strikes Back (2)

The Shredders' foot soldiers tear apart Aprils' apartment in conflict with the Turtles, forcing them and the severely wounded Leonardo down into the basement, where Shredder adds the finishing touches to what he hopes will become the Turtles' funeral pyre

19 :01x19 - Tales of Leo

Fleeing New York before The Shredder can discover them and launch another attack, the Turtles, April, and Casey flee to Casey's old family farm outside of the city. There, they tend to the wounded Leonardo, whose condition is deteriorating, the Turtles and Splinter remember the fallen Turtle's younger days

20 :01x20 - The Monster Hunter

Donatello and Casey deal with a Monster Hunter out to find and eliminate a "green monster of the woods", and to ensure they are not discovered by the outside world

21 :01x21 - Return to New York (1)

The Turtles decide to attack the heart of Shredder's operations upon their return to the city, with the aid of April's hacking skills, they are able to begin the long journey, fighting Foot Clan defenses and Ninjas on every level

22 :01x22 - Return to New York (2)

The Turtles continue to battle immeasurable numbers of the Foot Ninja, as well as Hun, in an effort to reach Shredder., Meanwhile, a vengeful Baxter Stockman prepares to begin the final phase of a scheme to guarantee him final victory over the Turtles and Shredder.

23 :01x23 - Return to New York (3)

The Turtles and Shredder are forced into a brief alliance to eliminate the threat of the Armoured and dangerous Baxter Stockman, but once this menace is dealt with, The Shredder resumes his attempts to eliminate his adversaries, leading to a final battle atop the roof of the Foot HQ, where The Shredder finally unleashes the power of the Sword of Tengu, and Leonardo faces a final showdown with his enemy...

24 :01x24 - Lone Raph and Cub

Searching for Splinter after his disappearance during the siege of the Foot Headquarters, Raphael befriends a young boy called Tyler, on the run from a gang of mobsters

25 :01x25 - Search for Splinter (1)

The Turtles attempt to force The Guardians to reveal Splinter's location, suspecting they are involved. When the Guardians refuse, the Turtles pursue them to a large industrial building, a company known as TCRI

26 :01x26 - Search for Splinter (2)

The Turtles break into TCRI successfully, and find a world literally alien to them hidden within. Locating Splinter, the Turtles are confronted by the true faces of TCRI, and the battle may ensure the Turtles never see Earth again

27 :02x01 - Turtles in Space (1): The Fugitoid

The Turtles are taken across space to the Planet D'Hoonnib, and right into the middle of a Police action. They befriend Professor Honeycutt, alias The Fugitoid, who is being pursued by the military forces of rouge General Blanque, who is after Honeycutt's teleportation device, prehaps the only way The Turtles will reach Earth again...

28 :02x02 - Turtles in Space (2): The Trouble with Triceratons

Still trapped on D'Hoonnib, the Turtles and The Fugitoid visit a seedy night club in an effort to find transportation off of the Planet for a price, but General Blanque intercepts them, and, in the battle that follows, The Fugitoid is captured by the war-mongoring Triceratons.

29 :02x03 - Turtles in Space (3): The Big House

Captured by the Triceratons, the Turtles are used to persuade the Fugitoid to work on his teleportation device. Trapped in a Jail Cell, the Turtles meet many Aien species, including a giant creature called Rynokk, who is beaten by Raphael in a cafeteria brawl. When Raph is thrown into Solitary, the remaining Turtles escape from thier own cell to free him, but this only leads to their capture again by the Triceraton guard

30 :02x04 - Turtles in Space (4): The Arena

The Turtles are brought to the Tri-Sports Arena, where they have been selected to battle as Gladiators for the Triceraton crowds, and the only way to gain victory is by showing no mercy

31 :02x05 - Turtles in Space (5): Triceraton Wars

The Triceratons do battle with the D'Hoonibian race, whilst the Turtles and the Fugitoid, having captured the Triceraton Prime Leader, prepare to return home using the Fugitoid's teleporter, only one problem though: he's never tested it

32 :02x06 - Secret Origins (1)

The Turtles arrive inside TCRI,and as they meet up with old freinds, they find themselves facing old ghosts as well as their origins are revealed to them at last

33 :02x07 - Secret Origins (2)

The Turtles and Splinter use Virtual Reality technology to learn of the Utrom's presence and purpose on Earth, but an old enemy beleived dead returns to make the journey VERY real

34 :02x08 - Secret Origins (3)

The Turtles and Splinter escape the Utrom's Virtual Reality device, but now they must escape TCRI before it is destroyed, and their only way out is hampered by one small obstacle: SHREDDER AND THE FOOT

35 :02x09 - The Ultimate Ninja

The Ultimate Ninja, a warrior from across the galaxies, has come to take the head of Shredder, only to find Leonardo had already done the deed, so now The Ultimate Ninja challenges Leonardo to a battle to the death

36 :02x10 - Reflections

The Turtles retreat to Casey Jone's Grandmother's Farm House to reflect on thier recent battles, but the figure of Shredder haunts their every memory, what is the Shredder's connection to the Turtles origins?

37 :02x11 - Modern Love - The Return of Nano

When Nano returns to take revenge on the Turtles, the four must stop his rampage, but their efforts soon increase in difficulty when Nano springs his "Father" from prison

38 :02x12 - What a Croc

The Turtles are about to discover that the Mutagen that transformed them into mutants has had an effect on other creatures, and they must now defend thier territory from the rampage of the insidious Alligator Leatherhead

39 :02x13 - Return to the Underground

The Turtles return to the underground city, but they find the city is now abandoned, it's crystal moon power source missing, and it's human population reduced to monsters, can an unstable serum created by Donatello restore the humans to normal?

40 :02x14 - City at War (1)

The collapse of Shredder's crime empire means the city is open for the most vicious gangs to sieze control for themselves, New York is plunged into chaos and anarchy, and only the Turtles can maintain order..can they?

41 :02x15 - City at War (2)

The Turtles face The Foot, the Purple Dragons, the Mob, and an old enemy as they fight to keep the city safe, but will they be able to hold them off for long?

42 :02x16 - City at War (3)

With the Foot, the Purple Dragons, and the Mob becoming more than the Turtles can handle, the TMNT reluctantly call on the help of Shredder's old General: Karai

Whilst testing out their new Shell Sub, the Turtles are forced to sink or swim when they discover their old enemy Garbageman is sinking ships to create his own underwater city

44 :02x18 - The Golden Puck

Casey Jones joins the sport of Super Slam Hockey, and takes it to the streets when a legendary 17th century Golden Puck is taken by crooks, can the Turtles hold Casey in line long enough to find the Puck, or will the hardcore rules of Super Slam Hockey get to them first?

45 :02x19 - Rogue in the House (1)

Shredder deploys an army of Foot Mechs and a Cyborg duplicate of Splinter against the Turtles

46 :02x20 - Rogue in the House (2)

Shredder's army of Foot Mechs confront the Turtles, who must also deal with a cyborg Splinter designed to locate and destroy them, but even if they defeat this army, can they stop Shredder? And how does a Triceraton warrior called Zog fit into how the TMNT might defeat their enemy?

The Turtles help April unlock the secrets of an ancient Puzzle cube left behind by her father, the puzzles solution take April and the Turtles on a journey of discovery..to another dimension filled with giant insects.

Michelangelo's quest to collect a rare comic take the TMNT and Casey Jones back to Northampton, Massachusetts, where they uncover a plot by a madman to kidnap the members of a retired super-hero team called The Justice Force

Every three years, Splinter leaves his students to go to parts unknown, curious, the four Turtles decide to follow him this time. The pursuit of their master leads the Turtles into something they never expected, right into the middle of the "Big Brawl": The Battle for the Nexus, a brutal tournament where fates will be decided

The Turtles reunite with April and Casey in New York, but Raph and Don's attempts to help the two with a calm, peaceful tour of thrash salvage work at night is interrupted by shocking returns and grim revelations.
