The flood of high-tech weaponry into the streets of Texas's cities provides a new threat to the members of three urban SWAT teams. In Dallas, the team goes head-to-head with a heavily armed drug dealer on his own turf – an volatile and deadly crack house. In Amarillo, officers go undercover to pick up the trail of an armed and dangerous fugitive. Finally, in Irving, SWAT goes up against a criminal armed with the world's most notorious assault rifle.
