  Episode Notes
This episode was the highest rated and most watched program this week on basic cable with 6.13 million viewers. The full season of the show averaged 5.9 million viewers tuning in each week.

You might notice that Shawn hobbles a bit in most of the scene in this episode. That's because Patrick Flueger (Shawn) had recently jumped off a roof (having too much fun) and cracked both his heels and was in a fair amount of pain when he walked. Also Joel Gretsch (Tom) and Chad Faust (Kyle) had a hard time not laughing at each other as they stood frozen on the beach, holding each other and staring into each other's eyes.

  Episode Quotes
Diana: Yeah, but you suspected that Shawn had these abilities from the day of his coming home party, and you never told me. Thanks for sharing!
Tom: Yeah but I never told Linda either.
Diana: Yeah, but you're divorcing Linda, I'm your partner.
Tom: Yeah I know. But when we were first assigned to the 4400, you were calling them disease vectors and viruses!
Diana: I know what I was calling them, but have you noticed any change in me lately, maybe because, I don't know, I have one of them living in my apartment.
Tom: ...Alright, point taken.
Diana: Because if the situation were reverse, I would have told you!
Tom: I know, I heard you, alright? Can we continue the reprimand later?
Diana: Fine!
Tom: Fine!

Maia Rutledge: I don't wanna know things before they happen. I wanna be normal.
Diana Skouris: Normal? Who's normal anyway?
Maia Rutledge: You.
Diana Skouris: Me? Well, let me tell you something about normal people like me. They just wish they were special, like you.
