I Don't Kiss, I Make Out! - Recap

The families leave the pit stop and their clue tells them to fly 500 miles to Charleston, South Carolina. One their the families have to find the Battery and locate their next clue which is a detour. One option is called "Forest Gump" where teams will have to behead shrimp and the second option is "Muddy Waters" where the teams use a 4x4 to go through a stretch of land that is filled with mud and water. The Schroeder, Linz, Godlewski, Bransen and Paolo choose "Forrest Gump." While the Weaver, Aiello, and Gaghan families choose "Muddy Waters." The Aiello's get their first but are unsuccessful on their first attempts and the Gaghan's catch up. The Gaghan who have far less weight in the car make it across in one attempt and pass up the Aiello's. The Weaver's arrive and the Aiello's are still trying to get all the way across without getting stuck. The Weaver's give up and switch tasks while the Aiello's finally make it across on their fifteenth attempt. Their next clue tells them to take one of two charter buses leaving two hours apart but they don't really know where they are going. The Linz, Schroeder, Godlweski and Bransen families end up on the first charter bus while Gaghan, Aiello, Paolo and Weaver's end up on the second bus. The Weaver's have a complete breakdown on the bus and freak out the other teams. The bus takes them to Huntsville, Alabama where their is a roadblock that only two member of each team can take part in. The roadblock is taking part in a space exercise where they have to endure 3.2 G's to receive their next clue. The next clue tells them to head to some computers and log on to AOL and receive the clue to go to the pit stop. The Aiello's make the mistake of not grabbing a number for the order to do the roadblock and end up having to go last. It is a foot race to the pit stop and the Aiello's are eliminated.
