Hey that was a great opening episode. At first I was disapointed because there was no teams that I really liked right off. But the annoying teams more than make up for it. There are quite a few that you just look forward to seeing what stupid comments they will make! :} |

It always seems to take me a couple of episode to find a team I really like but I right away don't like Michelle and Lake. They are just annoy and think they are all high and mighty. |

I was baffled by the girl who was crying in the Denver Airport. Sometimes I wonder at people who apply to reality/game shows that don't seem to know how the game works. 
If you're overwhelmed before leaving the starting area, something's wrong. OTOH, she did recover, and played well, so maybe it was just nerves. But I was amazed at the early breakdown. ^o) |

Hey, if anyone could write a recap for the first episode it would be greatly appreciated. I worked last Tuesday and set up the VCR but set the time wrong and only got the first hour.  |

Cool season so far.. lovin' the hippies team, and respect to that old couple for successfull climbing that waterfall. Great moment from last night's episode:
"Phil, you know how cranky I am right now? I'm gonna smack you, woman!"

Too true. I thought the older couple was done for when they decided to do the climb. I was also impressed with how quick the hippies did the waterfall climb. Apparently they are in better physical shape than the impression they give... |

Hey, yeah, the Hippies are cool, I like them much better than the Frat Boys.
I was surprised that the older couple (especially the female) were able to climb the waterfall, but I think that they'll be the next to go. Just a prediction! They're making too many mistakes... when they couldn't find the clue box on the bridge (ep. 1) and then they went for making the motorcycle and gave up and switched to the helicopters... whaddya think... did they try pushing the car and popping the clutch when the car broke down, or did they just call for help and wait? I realize that they might have tried that and it just got edited out... but I really don't think that they even tried it. |

Hey I thought I posted this.
What I said was the Olds have made really stupid mistakes (as you said) but recovered each time. I have to think if they just don't make idiotic mistakes, they could win the leg.
I'm still not really liking anyone though... The Spanish speaking didn't really help the Puerto Rican mom & daughter, so will they do worse in Russia?
