Dr. Travis Stork, a handsome 33-year-old ER doctor, may not speak fluent French, but his approach to meeting the 25 beautiful women and attempting to discover if one them is the special person he has been searching for is strictly "ooo-la-la," as the most romantic city in the world plays host to "The Bachelor: Paris".
Travis, who practices at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, leaves his hospital surroundings and arrives in Paris in style, ready to meet the 25 ladies at his 14th-century chateau. He will take on the challenge of finding a woman to share his life against the spectacular backdrop that will include the Eiffel Tower, the breathtaking Champs Elysies and the historic Arc de Triomphe, as well as the picturesque French countryside. In a return to its original, popular roots, this season the series will highlight all the romance and fantasy of new relationships.
In the premiere episode, Travis pulls out all the stops to impress the women, who are ecstatic to meet the tall, hunky bachelor, and then - when they learn he is a doctor - their excitement is uncontainable. His bedside manner is spectacular, as he manages to put all 25 women at ease. The jealous and already competitive ladies quickly begin plotting and planning to get an early first rose they learn is up for grabs. And one woman - not too tactfully - tells Travis that she is "entering her reproductive phase." What kind of first impression will that make on him, and how will her first evening end? Then another woman - supremely confident - claims she will be the last lady standing, but will she?
The stakes have never been higher, as Travis must eliminate 13 of the 25 women the first night
-- it's "good-bye to Paris" for over half the ladies. And on his first night as the Bachelor, Travis goes toe-to-toe with a highly confrontational woman who goes totally ballistic that she is one of the first to leave.

The new Bachelor will get to know the 25 women in a series of fun, exciting and exotic dates in Paris that will elicit real and raw emotions. As in the past, women will continue to be eliminated each week, but if, at any point along the way, a woman should decide that she's no longer interested in the Bachelor, she can reject his invitation to continue dating. Some lucky women will meet his family, and he will visit their hometowns for a slice of their life in an effort to determine the woman with whom he is most compatible.
At the end of the journey, the Bachelor may quite possibly have found true love. But the big question is: After all of this, will he pop the question, and will she say yes?
Four ladies drop off Dr. Stork's chart, but first he takes all 12 on a group date. It's dinner at the top of the Arc de Triomphe, but Mother Nature sees to it that it's a washout.
Then there's the first one-on-one date: dinner during a cruise on the Seine. A rose or a trip home is at stake. And finally, another group date---a tour of Champagne. A rose is up for grabs here, too, and the competition bubbles over.
Three dates lead to au revoir for two of the eight remaining ladies. First, Travis and a companion get lost on an auto trip into town. Then the bachelor and five wannabe brides spend a night on a yacht on the Riviera. And finally, a camping trip for three.
It’s payback time for two rejected Bachelorettes as they return to surprise the remaining women, confronting them with tough questions in order to select those who will go on the next individual dates. However, Moana crumbles in a torrent of emotions when the women interrogate her. Is she hiding something from Travis? And another Bachelorette decides to “face the music” and reveal a secret about her past to the Bachelor -- which may endanger her chances of staying in Paris.
The stakes get higher as Travis leaves romantic Paris and gets a sneak peek at what life would be like with the final four women – Moana, Sarah B., Sarah S. and Susan – when he returns to the United States and travels to the hometowns of the lucky Bachelorettes. The hometown dates offer him the opportunity to see each woman on her home turf, amid the people who love her the most, providing a chance for her to shine and for romantic sparks to fly.
It's down to three---with dates in Venice, Vienna and the Alps. One woman bares her soul, another her fangs. Also: reflections on overnight dates from past participants Aaron Buerge, Andrew Firestone, Shannon Oliver and Trish Schneider; and updates on "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" couples Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter, Byron Velvick and Mary Delgado, and Charlie O'Connell and Sarah Brice.
Rejected ladies confront Travis---and each other---in an hour that also includes outtakes from previous episodes.
Travis faces an excruciating choice between the final two women -- Moana and Sarah S. -- in the epic season finale. As he prepares to make one of the most difficult decisions of his life, Travis’ parents, sister, brother-in-law and two nieces fly to Paris to meet the two ladies and weigh in on his choice. And the nervous Bachelorettes get some much-needed emotional support when they are surprised by their mothers flying to Paris to help them prepare for their big day. The moms take their daughters shopping at Escada for gowns to wear at the final rose ceremony and to Chopard to assist the Bachelorettes in selecting the perfect engagement ring.
When the women meet his family members, Travis’ relatives are impressed by one, while the other raises questions in their minds. But Travis is resolved to make his own decision, though he struggles over this until the bitter end. Each woman has a chance to plan one last date with Travis before he makes his crucial choice, selecting the woman who has stolen his heart.
In this premiere episode, 901, of the ninth edition of The Bachelor, the 25 bachelorettes are enchanted by the Princely castle, and their handsome host, Prince Borghese. Cardinale Taverna built the sprawling castle in the picturesque countryside of Italy in 1604. Among frescos and centuries-old oil paintings in the grand ballroom, the cocktail party is interrupted when two stunning Italian women crash the party and quickly plot to steal Lorenzos heart and attention. The jealous and already competitive American ladies step up their game to pull Lorenzo back into their fold, but the Italian beauties dont give up. The tug-of-war over Prince Borghese continues through the evening, and some of the women pull extraordinary stunts to win his affections. One woman theatrically sings an aria on the balcony overlooking the amazing fountain and outdoor sunken courtyard, while another tells the Prince that she is a tree-hugger and lures him into a wooded area to hug a tree with her.
The end of the evening is marked with a two firsts. Lorenzo presents a rose, plus a very special sparkling token to one woman who has captured his attention and who is now already assured of continuing on in the chase to make an enchanted match. The party continues through the night and the rose elimination ceremony takes place in the morning, which allows the Prince much more time to get to know each lady individually. The morning rose ceremony is another first for The Bachelor.
The 12 remaining bachelorettes move into a villa, and before three rose-less ladies move out at the end of the episode, Lorenzo squires one, Lisa, around Rome's Villa Borghese. This doesn't make Lisa popular with some of her competitors. Group dates include a motor-scooter tour of Rome and a Mediterranean cruise, where one bachelorette passes out after drinking too much. There's also an emotional breakdown, suffered by Erica. And back at Lorenzo's villa, two bachelorettes break into his bedroom.
Nine bachelorettes remain, and Lorenzo takes six of them to a Tuscan castle for a sleepover pool party. And he spends a night at the opera on a one-on-one date. It's a Cinderella evening for Jami that begins in a Maserati, but it could end (figuratively speaking) in a pumpkin. Meanwhile, Sadie tells Lorenzo she's saving herself for marriage, and fireworks literally cap another bachelorette's date with him. At the rose ceremony, Lorenzo has six to bestow.
In a major surprise to the remaining six bachelorettes, Erica shakes things up when she returns to the house to determine which ladies will get individual dates with Lorenzo. She makes them participate in a "truth exercise," which leaves some of the women in tears. Lorenzo then flies one lucky bachelorette to the Roman baths for a day of pampering and an evening of romance.
Lorenzo visits the hometowns of the four remaining bachelorettes. In Miami, Jennifer's father unsettles Lorenzo with his gun collection. In Portland, Ore., a friend of Lisa's scares him with a wedding dress. And in Venice, he and Agnese's parents simply don't speak the same language. But at least there's a pleasant beach interlude with Sadie in San Diego. At the rose ceremony, the field is reduced to three, all of whom will go on overnight dates with Lorenzo.
Its the ultimate whirlwind for the final three women Jennifer, Lisa and Sadie -- as Lorenzo travels across Europe to some of the most romantic and exciting locations in Sweden, Budapest and Sicily for their exotic dates. The three bachelorettes are falling hard for the handsome Prince, with one woman pouring her heart out to him, another pulling out all the stops to get to the Fantasy Suite and the final woman finding her lifelong morals severely tested. Its a wild, romantic ride with each of the ladies -- until Lorenzo has to make a heart-wrenching decision to eliminate one of them.
Lorenzo has one rose left to bestow in the season finale, but first he has intimate dates with finalists Sadie and Jennifer, and he asks permission from both of their fathers if he may marry their daughters. Their mothers and Lorenzo's parents have arrived in Rome as well, and everyone must endure an awkward cocktail party together. Meanwhile, Lorenzo's mother has designed the engagement ring he will give to the woman he chooses.
Naval Officer Andy Baldwin is this seasons bachelor. He is instructed to give a rose to a rose to the contestant who impresses him the most upon arrival. Lindsay appears to be upset over his choice and asks the winner why she thought she had won the rose. The others can see that Lindsey is a bomb ready to explode. Ten women will be eliminated by the shows end.
This week includes two group dates and one individual date and one Bachelorette will get to stay and spend more time with Andy.
The morning after the second rose ceremony, the Bachelorettes are rudely woken up by a drill sergeant. Host Chris says, "Welcome to Boot Camp!" and tells them that there's one rose on the line this morning and it's up to the drill instructor to decide. One of the contestants will be seriously injured by the shows end.
The nine remaining Bachelorettes will participate in two group dates and an individual date, with one Bachelorette getting to go with Andy by private jet to Lake Tahoe.
With just six Bachelorettes remaining, Host Chris announces that this week there will be one group date and two individual dates. No roses will be handed out on the dates but at the end of the week, there will be four women left, who will all be getting a hometown visit from Andy. But first, Andy will be taking them all out on his yacht.
Andy goes on the first of his four hometown visits with Bevin in Seattle. She greets him enthusiastically by jumping into his arms. Andy says that the chemistry he feels with her is the strongest of any of the remaining women. She's brought him to Snoqualmie Falls, about 30 minutes east of Seattle, because it's one of her favorite places. One member will reveal a secret that may get her eliminated.
Three bachelorettes visit Andy's current home state of Hawaii; Andy takes the women on a tour of the USS Arizona Memorial; two women go to meet Andy's family.
Finale. Andy seeks guidance from his family in making his choice; Andy and the final two women return to Hawaii; Andy gives out his final rose, along with an engagement ring.
"After the Final Rose" - Andy appears with his fiancee and faces some of the bachelorettes he did not choose; the couple's plans for the future.
Businessman Brad Womack begins his search for love as 25 Bachelorettes arrive at the Malibu mansion. In the premiere, 10 are eliminated.
The 15 bachelorettes who survived the first week move into a Malibu mansion, and seven of them head out to Del Mar Racetrack for a date with Brad and a party with San Diego Chargers linebacker Shaun Phillips. One contestant gets an early rose, but another gets a trip to the hospital after an accident at the mansion. Then there's a beach-house bash for eight bachelorettes before Brad hands out 12 roses.
Twelve bachelorettes remain, and Brad takes six of them to the circus, where one gets a rose. He takes five others sailing (giving them a chance to show off their bikinis), and one bejeweled contestant gets the first one-on-one date: a trip in a private jet to San Francisco, where another rose is on the line. Then, before the rose ceremony (at which he sends three bachelorettes home), Brad springs a surprise test: He introduces his twin brother, Chad, and asks the women to tell them apart.
Brad bestows roses on six of the nine remaining bachelorettes. But first, he takes six of the women to an L.A. comedy club for a night of improvisation---a skill that could come in handy at the cocktail party held before the rose ceremony. Meanwhile, one bachelorette gets a helicopter ride over the city (and maybe a rose), while two others join Brad at a posh Marina Del Rey residence. A rose awaits one, while a trip home awaits the other.
Six bachelorettes remain, four of whom don bikinis for a pool party at Brad's pad in Malibu. One-on-one dates include a gondola ride through Southern California canals and an evening of dinner and dancing (complete with live orchestra) at a mansion for Brad and a bejeweled bachelorette. At the cocktail party, Brad has roses for four contestants, each of whom will take him home to meet the folks. One of the losers doesn't take her rejection well at all.
The final four bachelorettes take Brad to their hometowns to meet their families. He gets a shampoo from one mom, hears some predictions from another and is confronted by one of the dads. He also experiences some customs that are new to him, but back in Malibu the custom is familiar: a rose ceremony in which one bachelorette is sent home.
Brad takes DeAnna, Jenni and Bettina to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for dune-buggy riding, sailing, swimming with dolphins, candlelit dinners and, for each, an evening in Brad's “fantasy suite.” But harsh reality---no rose---awaits one lady.
Rejected bachelorettes are reunited to dish the dirt, throw questions at Brad and make predictions as to whether he'll choose DeAnna or Jenni. Interspersed are bloopers, outtakes and a preview of the season finale.
It's the 11th-season finale---decision time for Brad. But first, he invites DeAnna and Jenni to his Malibu digs to spend time with his mom, his twin brother, Chad, and his other brother, Wesley. Then, it's on to last dates where Jenni gives Brad a journal describing the way she feels about him, while DeAnna shares her feelings for Brad over a home-cooked meal. Then comes the decision.
Brad and his ladies reminisce about the past season and he will face once again, the women he didn't choose.

The 20 remaining bachelorettes move into their luxurious Malibu mansion and the fairy tale begins. The other individual date finds Brad and another stunning woman on an incredibly romantic date to a private carnival. The group date will give 15 women a chance show Brad another side of their personality as they shoot public service announcements (PSA) for the American Red Cross, but it turns into a steamy face-off between some of the ladies. However, some of the bachelorettes will not have a date at all before the next rose ceremony, encouraging them to aggressively steal any time they can with Brad.
Tensions are already mounting among the 17 remaining bachelorettes and resentment runs high when it's revealed there'll be two special one-on-one dates - each with a rose at stake - and a group date. And once again, some women will not get a date at all. Ashley S. gets to duet with Brad at the famed Capitol Records studio when a surprise visit by superstar recording artist Seal makes this a once-in-a-lifetime date. Then Brad gets down and dirty with 12 very competitive bachelorettes when they shoot their own action adventure movie, as they battle to become his leading lady. Did she fall while sleep walking or is it just a disturbing ploy to get Brad's attention? The Bachelor has an underwater fantasy in mind when he takes Chantal on a one-on-one date to beautiful Catalina Island, but the thought of submerging to the ocean floor has the nervous bachelorette wondering if she left her sense of adventure on shore. And the bruised Michelle finds out she must take a courageous leap of faith with Brad or risk falling from his favor. Finally, Emily becomes the target of fiery jealousy among the women when Brad offers her a special picnic right before the rose ceremony.
The eight excited women break out their passports to travel to the lush, tropical country of Costa Rica. The stakes are ratcheted up as Chantal gets a second one-on-one date to zipline through the thick jungle. But when rain threatens to dampen their spirits, but will it cool off their passion? Brad takes Britt for her first one-on-one date, and it's up to the Bachelor to make sure the romantic connection is electric. Finally, Ashley H., Chantal and Michelle get an early wake-up call from Brad to participate in a seductive shoot for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition. Emotions are raw and revealing -- in more ways than one -- but Brad has still another surprise for the women when he cancels the cocktail party.
The stakes are high for Brad as he leaves on an exciting, emotionally charged trip across the country to visit the final four women's hometowns. How will he withstand the scrutiny of Chantal's very successful entrepreneurial father? Will Ashley H.'s ambitious career goals stand in her way of finding love with Brad? Will Shawntel, the beautiful mortician, be able to stand up to her father and his long held, cherished plans for her to succeed him in the family business? Finally, will Brad get to meet Emily's daughter, who she has never been introduced to anyone she has dated, and how will that decision affect their relationship? Everyone meets in NY as Brad makes another gut-wrenching decision to narrow the field to the final three women.
It's an explosive reunion viewers won't want to miss, as the most memorable bachelorettes from this season - including Alli, Ashley H., Ashley S., Britt, Jackie, Madison, Melissa, Michelle and Raichel -- return to confront each other and Brad one last time on national television to dish the dirt and tell their side of the story. Michelle, the season's most controversial bachelorette, comes under fire from the other women. Will she fight back and be her fiery self, or will viewers see another, softer side of her? Will sparks fly when Melissa and Raichel face off again after their volatile argument that likely cost both a chance to be with Brad? A devastated Ashley H. admits she still has regrets about her last date with Brad, but what has she learned from her experience? And will Ashley S. find the closure she never got from the Bachelor after her disastrous two-on-one date? A sneak peek at the season finale and the final two bachelorettes: Chantal and Emily will also be featured.

In the opener, Ben meets and greets his 25 would-be partners at the entrance to the Malibu mansion. (One arrives on horseback; another's older than he might have suspected.) And he receives his first kiss before the opening cocktail party begins. Then come push-ups, a gangsta rap and a first-impression rose, and before the evening's over Ben pares the field to 18.
The 18 remaining bachelorettes travel to the lush vineyards of Ben's hometown of Sonoma, California. Two lucky women - Kacie B. and Courtney --will get romantic one-on-one dates, but will it further their chances of being Ben's dream woman, or will they be sent home? The group date will give 12 bachelorettes an unusual opportunity to show Ben another side of their personalities as they audition and perform roles for a community theater production - written entirely by children. However, it doesn't take long for the women to get under each other's skin and ramp up the drama, ending in uncontrollable tears for some of the bachelorettes.
Ben returns to his hometown, San Francisco, with the 16 remaining gals and goes skiing with 11 of them. (It's a hilly city.) He takes another to City Hall, where they're serenaded by singer-songwriter Matt Nathanson. There's also a cocktail-party crasher, a woman who already knows Ben and wants to add her name to his list of romantic possibilities. The official bachelorettes are not amused. One woman faints and another breaks down in tears at the rose ceremony, and when it's over 13 have roses.
Ben and his 13 would-be soul mates visit Park City, Utah, for kayaking, rappelling, fishing, horseback riding, a rain-soaked dinner and a concert by country star Clay Walker. Before Ben sends two gals packing, there's romancing and sniping as well. Next stop: Puerto Rico.
Ben visits Puerto Rico with the 11 remaining women. Nine of them "play ball!" at Roberto Clemente Stadium in Carolina (the Hall of Famer's hometown), and one gal has Ben to herself for a tour of Old San Juan, where they happen upon a wedding. Another bachelorette goes yachting with Ben. But when he returns to his hotel, he's surprised by another gal, who taunts the others about it at the rose ceremony. Then Ben and nine women head to Panama.
Ben escorts the nine remaining bachelorettes to Panama for a visit to an Embera Indian village and, for one gal, a one-on-one date on a deserted island. Before three are sent home, there's also a two-on-one date that features salsa dancing. Next stop: Belize.
The pressure mounts as the crucial hometown dates loom, but first Ben and the remaining six bachelorettes continue their exciting trip around the world to the beautiful country of Belize. Only one rose will be available and that will be on the group date. However, that woman will be guaranteed a hometown visit. Lindzi and Ben hover over one of the world's most impressive sink holes -- the famed Great Blue Hole - as she tries to overcome her fear of heights. Emily is treated to an outing to the majestic limestone coral island of Caye Caulker, where, after a few rocky weeks, she hopes to get her relationship with Ben back on track. And Courtney, who is desperate for another individual date, gets her wish, but Ben begins to have second thoughts about this frontrunner after she reveals her attitude about taking him home. And the three women on the group date dive with sharks and must conquer their fears if they are to have a chance at a rose. Ben has a real surprise for the women, too, when he cancels the cocktail party.
Ben visits the hometowns of his final four contenders. He's greeted by a marching band and skeptical parent in one town, and a protective mom in another. He also goes on a shopping spree before returning to L.A., where one bachelorette receives bad news. For the other three, there are roses and a trip to Switzerland.
Ben and the final three bachelorettes head to Switzerland for exotic dates and a rejected suitor returns.
Ben faces bachelorettes he rejected—and one, Courtney, who's still in the running. One of the castoffs, Emily, has some things to say about Courtney. There's also an appearance by 2011 contestant Shawntel, a season review and profiles of the finalists, Courtney and Lindzi.
Season 16 finale: Ben and finalists Courtney and Lindzi are in Zermatt, Switzerland, for Alpine fun (skiing with Lindzi; a helicopter ride over the Matterhorn with Courtney) and that final rose. But first, there are meetings with Ben's mother and sister, and they're concerned about Courtney's reputation for not playing nicely with the other bachelorettes.
Ben and the woman he chose review their very public courtship and discuss their plans for the future. Also: an update on 2011 Bachelorette Ashley Hebert and her fiancé, J.P. Rosenbaum.
