When he was at the age of 8, Bruce Wayne had witnessed the murder of his parents Thomas and Martha Wayne. That night he vowed that he would never let another child go through the same thing that he had to, so he decided to travel the world and become the protector of Gotham. He returned as The Batman and has been doing a great job of protecting the city for three years.
The cops where not very happy about Batman's involvment in their war on crime, so the cheif of police decided to put Batman and any ally of his at the top of Gotham City's most wanted list. Batman then had another task on him... protecting the city from supervillains and not getting arrested. Since his first year as Gotham's protector, Bruce had come up against very bad villains like the Joker, Mr. Freeze, and Catwoman as well as many others but no matter what they are doing, Batman has taken them down.
Then, he met up with Commissioner Gordon who terminated the rivalry between the G. C. P. D and Batman by creating the Bat-signal. Little did the Commissioner know, that his daughter, Barbara would become the Dark Knight's newest ally in fighting crime. |
