The Joker manages to find his way back onto the streets of Gotham City with a new weapon that can turn solid objects into clay. Meanwhile, Ethan Bennett gets in trouble for not catching the Batman, and his badge is put on the line. However, Ethan ends up getting kidnapped by the Joker, but after being saved, Ethan's life will be changed forever...
