Batman must fight a new villain named Gearhead who is out to get the Ultimate thrill. However things don't play out in Batman's favor when Batman's batmobile is destroyed in a battle to take down Gearhead. Now, the Dark Knight must build a better Batmobile so that he can take down Gearhead.
