Batman, Batgirl, and Robin find themselves dealing with a criminal that can rewind time, not only undoing any attempt to defeat him, but making his opponent unable to remember fighting him originally. How will the trio defeat this criminal?

Recap

Francis Gray breaks into a chemical lab to steal a canister. However, he messes up and the guard quickly captures him.
