Recap

The Penguin is escaping with the loot from his most recent heist, using a helicopter umbrella. Batman and Robin catch up to him but as they move in for the kill, someone cuts their Batlines. They fall to a rooftop where they see two figures across the street: Wrath and Scorn. The two villains fire razorangs at them and then escape, while the Penguin gets clear during the diversion...
