The scene opens with Cathy and Paul awake and Paul tells that he can’t sleep because of the skeleton of the next door neighbors. Cathy tells that is Halloween and that he needs to allow it. They go downstairs to find Andrea bedazzleing her costume. Cathy tells that Adam dressed up when he was 4 years old as Pocahontas. Andrea wishes that she had a picture so that she could tease him about it. She asks Andrea what she is going to be and she says that she is either going to be a sparkly ghost or an angel. Paul comes in with their neighbor’s decoration. He says that he left the tombstone and says that the neighbors are fascinated with death. Andrea asks if she is alright with the trial starting tomorrow. Andrea shows a T-Shirt that she made Cathy...
