I have watched every single episode of this series and I think it's the most brilliantly made reality show ever produced by NBC. One thing that really gripes me about this show is that in the weigh-in the men have to take their shirts off and I don't think it's appropriate for millions of viewers to see their nipples (No Offense) and I think the first and last weigh-in they can take their shirts off so everyone can see a before and after.
