Oscar believes a technology broker code named "Ice Man" is the thief who has stolen two prototype power cells. His only clue is a floating casino about a boat, The Golden Lady. Oscar suspects the boat's owner Lucky Harrison either is the Ice Man or knows him. Jaime poses as a black jack dealer in order to find the cells - but she's up against two deadlines: she must find them before the Ice Man can sell them, and she must find them before they get too hot - if not kept cold, the cells will explode, destroying The Golden Lady!
