Comedy/Variety show that aired on NBC during the 1961-62 season starring Bob Newhart that featured a multitude of comedy and musical guests. Though the show won an Emmy and a Peabody Award, Newhart reportedly hated doing it and tried to quit midway through its run only to be held to his contract by the network.
