Jackie and Donna plot to ruin Brooke's wedding to Ridge. Ridge continues not to let Phoebe and Rick out of his sight after arriving in Sydney. Brooke arranges for Phoebe and Rick to spend some time alone and wants Ridge to trust them.

Ridge makes it clear to Rick that he wont be spending anytime alone with Phoebe whilst they are in Sydney. Phoebe is adamant her father wont keep her away from Rick. Jackie reluctantly is forced to accept Nick's decision to be with Taylor.

Phoebe and Rick try to spend some time alone and Donna offers to help Phoebe make it happen. Ridge assures Brooke that he would never lay a hand on Rick.

Ashley refuses to come and work with Nick. Ridge hits Rick after finding him alone in a hotel suite with Phoebe. Nick takes Taylor to a church and asks her to marry him.

Brooke is furious with Ridge for hitting Rick and Phoebe runs off when Ridge tells her she can never see Rick again. Rick catches up with Phoebe and tells her that nothing will keep them apart. Brooke tells Ridge that she cant marry him and gives him back his ring.

Phoebe demands that her father says sorry to Rick. Ridge is certain that he will be able to sort things out with Brooke. Rick pushes his mother back towards Nick and tells her Nick is only with Taylor because he cant have her. Brooke goes to see Nick and asks him to make love to her.

Jackie tells Taylor that she is happy that she is seeing her son. Nick is surprised that Brooke has called things off with Ridge. Nick insists to Brooke that his future is with Taylor and not her. Ashley tries to comfort Ridge.

Brooke tells Taylor about calling off the wedding to Ridge and Taylor tells her she could be pregnant with Nick's baby. Ridge is upset after his mother tells him that Brooke went straight to Nick's house after returning to town.

Nick is honest with Taylor about how he feels about Brooke but tries to convince her that she is the woman he wants to be with. Phoebe fells guilty for ruining her father's future but Rick tells her at least now they can be open about their relationship. Ridge confronts Brooke about going to see Nick.

Brooke realizes that her life is in a complete mess. Nick insists to his mother that he is through with Brooke. Rick urges his mother to make Nick realize that it's her he wants and not Taylor before they are married.

Ashley feels jealous when she sees Rick with Phoebe. After seeing a picture of Ashley and Rick together from their time in Paris she realizes that their relationship wasn't purely business. Brooke tries to convince Nick that she can give him so much more Taylor ever could.

Taylor believes that Brooke is trying to spoil her future happiness with Nick. Brooke firmly believes that she is the one Nick really wants. Stephanie offers Nick some advise. Ashley admits to Bridget that things happened between her and Rick in Paris. Ridge and Ashley accidentally get locked in the lab's closet together.

Brooke tells Rick that she has decided to leave the company to increase her chances of winning Nick back. Rick learns that Ashley lied to him. Ridge and Ashley talk about their failed relationships before they are released by Rick. Nick asks Phoebe to give him a chance to prove that he is good for her mother.

Taylor and Nick look forward to finding out if Taylor is pregnant. Ridge tries unsuccessfully to talk Brooke out of leaving the company. When Brooke tries to kiss Nick to tells her to stop. Ridge and Ashley share a kiss.

Nick insists to Brooke that their relationship is in the past. Phoebe and Rick make plans to go out on their first proper open date together. Phoebe and Rick end up arguing about Brooke going after Nick. Stephanie tells Brooke to leave Nick and Taylor alone.

Taylor is nervous about the pregnancy test. When Phoebe calls Rick to apologize Ashley realizes there is more to their relationship than she thought.

Taylor is disappointed when she finds out that she isn't pregnant but Nick still wants to go ahead with the wedding. Brooke is pleased when she finds out that Taylor isn't pregnant. Shane returns to town worse than he was before. Ridge wants him to stay away from Phoebe.

Brooke is surprised when she learns that Ridge is going out to dinner with Ashley. Brooke continues to try and get Nick to see that he would be better off with her. When Shayne gets angry with Ridge he ends up pulling a gun on him.

Brooke talks to Taylor asking for some advise about her son. Stephanie is happy when she learns that Ridge has been spending time with Ashley. Ridge ends up struggling with Shane when he attempts to get him to put the gun down and it ends up going off.

After having killed Shane, Ridge worries that nobody will believe him that it was an accident and he takes the body to the Shady Marlin 2. He throws the body overboard unaware that some of Shane's hair has been left on board.

Ridge takes the boat back to the shore after disposing of Shane's body. After seeing him, Ridge admits to Stephanie what he has done. Nick later takes the boat out and remembers his life with Brooke and the children. Brooke is surprised when Nick shows up at her door.

Brooke misinterprets what Nick is saying when he tells her that he doesn't know how to stop loving her. Taylor learns that she will never be able to have another child which Brooke overhears. Nick tries to convince Taylor that it doesn't change a thing and that he still wants to be with her. Ashley wonders what happened to Ridge when he misses their date.

Taylor wants to have IVF treatment to try and have another baby. Nick tries to convince Broke to let him go. Ridge shares another kiss with Ashley and she wants to know why he really missed their date.

Brooke tells Bridget that she has decided to move on from Nick. Rick and Phoebe decide not to let their families problems affect their relationship. Lt Baker shows up to see Ridge about Phoebe getting a restraining order against Shane as Shane's cell phone that is under Ridge's cabinet starts to ring.

Nick and Taylor make plans to be married. Brooke finds it hard to let Nick go. The bag containing Shane's body floats to the surface. Stephanie urges Ridge to take Ashley away for the weekend.

Taylor and Nick look forward to becoming husband and wife. Brooke tries one last time to convince Nick not to marry Taylor. Lt. Baker asks Stephanie and Ridge if they know where Shane lives.

Brooke is unable to stop the wedding from going ahead and Nick and Taylor are married. Lt. Baker tells Ridge that Shane's body has been found and that he is dead.

Nick and Taylor prepare themselves to commence the Invitro process. Ridge tries to act surprised when he learns of Shane's death. Ridge tells his mother that he has to turn himself in before it is too late.

Rick comforts Phoebe who is upset when she hears about Shane's death. Stephanie sees a way of linking Nick to Shane's murder and taking the heat of Ridge. The stands of Shane's hair that were left on the Shady Marlin are matched to as belonging to him.

Stephanie tells Ridge how she intends to make Nick look guilty of killing Shane. Lt. Baker calls all of the people he thinks could of killed Shane to a meeting then tells them that he knows who killed Shane and that the person is in the room.

Rick thinks that Ashley might be seeing Ridge to try and make him jealous. Lt. Baker makes an arrest after naming Ridge and Nick as his chief suspects. Taylor learns that the fertilized eggs are ready to be implanted.

Nick wonders who might have wanted to make it look like he was the one who killed Shane. Stephanie stops Ridge from confessing. Bridget performs the embryo transfer on Taylor. Nick has to spend the night in jail.

Phoebe tells Rick she still doesn't want to take their relationship to the next level. Taylor visits Nick at the jail where he shares his theories with her that he has been set up. After he is released on bail he confronts Stephanie.

Nick thinks Lt. Baker should be going after Ridge and not him. Brooke offers Nick any help she can. Rick and Phoebe are tricked by CJ into performing karaoke at Insomnia.

Phoebe can't believe that Nick thinks that Ridge could of killed Shane. Nick shares his theories with Ashley.

Nick tries to convince Ashley that Ridge could of killed Shane. Nick decides to confront Ridge.

Phoebe and Rick learn that their Karaoke performance has stirred some interest in a record producer. Stephanie makes sure that Ridge has an alibi that will stick. Taylor talks to Lt. Baker about Shane's murder.

Phoebe cant believe that the record producer wants to sign her up. Jackie tries to convince Brooke to come back to work for Forrester Creations. Taylor learns that she is pregnant and when Brooke hears the news she realizes that she has truly lost Nick.

Ashley talks to Rick about Ridge and Rick believes that Ridge could of been Shane's killer. Stephanie sets Nick up so that he is arrested.

Nick is furious after he finds himself being arrested again. Phoebe cant believe that Rick could think her father could of killed Shane. When Storm informs Brooke that he is sure that Ridge killed Shane, she decides to confront Stephanie.

Phoebe catches Rick snooping around her father's office. Brooke tries to get a confession out of Stephanie who tries to choke her when she attempts to call the police. Nick is informed that the trial is going to start tomorrow.

Stephanie pulls back from choking Brooke. Stephanie lies to Brooke that Ridge has gone to Big Bear cabin and when Brooke shows up to confront him Stephanie locks her in the cabin.

Brooke's family and friends are worried what has happened to her when they realize that she has been out all night. Nick's trial gets underway. Stephanie continues to keep Brooke captive.

The opening statements are made at Nick's trial. Ridge feels guilty in Paris about killing Shane. Brooke is able to convince Stephanie that she has to let her go. She calls Ridge and tries to convince him that he has to return to America and confess.

Both Ashley and Phoebe are questioned on the witness stand as the trial continues. Ridge returns to town and Stephanie urges him to say nothing until Nick's trail is over. When Nick is found guilty he demands that Ridge tells the truth about what happened.

Nick is led away to prison. Ridge admits to Taylor and Phoebe that he is responsible for Shane's death. Taylor and Phoebe have to tell Nick what happened.

Nick is released from prison when Ridge admits that he killed Shane. Eric isn't pleased when Stephanie admits that she has known the truth for quite a while.

Taylor is happy to have Nick back at home with her. Rick and Ashley leave to go on a business trip together and end up sharing a kiss on the airplane. Ashley is surprised when Rick tells her that he canceled the business trip and that he is taking her to Mexico instead.

When Rick learns about Ridge's confession he attempts to telephone Phoebe to see how she is coping. Constantine attempts to get closer to Phoebe. Bridget is concerned when she discovers some of mother's files mixed up with Taylors.

Rick cuts short his time with Ashley and on the way back home he has conflicting feelings for her and Phoebe. Felicia tries to find out from Constantine about his plans for Phoebe.

Bridget is concerned that Brooke's eggs may have been mixed up with Taylor's. Brooke visits Ridge at the jail. Rick and Phoebe reconnect and decide that nothing will keep them apart from one another again. When Rick goes to say goodbye to Ashley it is obvious that things aren't settled between them.

Nick hears something about he shouldn't have when he is at the hospital about the night Taylor was fertilized with the eggs and his curiosity is aroused. Brooke has an idea that could help get Ridge released.

Brooke promises both Taylor and Nick that she has decided to step out of their lives and wishes them both a happy future. Bridget shares her concerns with Dr. Caron that Brooke and Taylor's eggs might have been switched. Later Rick finds Bridget passed out on the floor at her house.

Phoebe is upset when Rick cant make time to come here her sing and Constantine tries to support her. Rick learns the truth from Bridget that the baby that Taylor is carrying could be their mother and Nick's child. Brooke is offered a new job.

Bridget finds it impossible to tell Taylor what has happened when she sees how happy she is at being pregnant. Phoebe wakes up at Constantine's place having spent the whole night there and Rick shows up believing that something might have happened between the two of them.

Brooke tells Ashley that neither Nick or Ridge feature in her future plans. Dr. Caron convinces Bridget to keep quiet about what she knows. Rick is sure that Constantine wants more from Phoebe than just friendship.

Dr. Caron tries to explain to Bridget what would happened if Taylor and Nick ever discovered the truth. Ridge meets with Christine Blair who tells him she is sure that she can get the charges against him dropped. Ridge is forced to reveal to Rick that he was actually the person who shot Grant Chambers.

Rick is surprised by what Ridge has told him. Brooke isn't happy with the way Rick has found out the truth. Constantine tries to make Phoebe doubt Rick.

Rick refuses to believe that he was the person who actually killed Grant. Realizing that Constantine wants more than just friendship from her, Phoebe attempts to tell him they can be nothing more than friends.

Bridget offers her brother some advise. Brooke, Taylor and Nick discuss the whole current Rick situation. Phoebe guesses that Rick could be seeing somebody else and asks Ashley if she knows the identity of the person.

Phoebe and Rick decide to start a fresh. Brooke tells Nick that there are unfinished things between them.

Bridget finds out that Carl lied just so that he could go on a date with her. Rick still refuses to believe that he was the person who shot Grant. Cricket discusses Ridge's case with Stephanie, Brooke and Taylor.

Phoebe tries unsuccessfully to get Rick to remember what happened the night Grant was shot. Brooke urges him to remember and Rick ends rushing into the courtroom. Cricket is unable to get Ridge's trial delayed.

Ridge is found not guilty after Rick tells the courtroom how he was the one who shot Grant. Later Rick tells Ridge that he lied in court just to make Phoebe happy.

The family throw a party to celebrate Ridge's release. Phoebe invites Constantine to the party and he gets on well with Ridge. Ridge and Brooke decide to give their relationship another try. Bridget is close to discovering the truth.

Ridge realizes that Constantine has more than just a professional interest in his daughter. Ridge refuses to listen to his mother's concerns about him and Brooke planning a future together.

Ashley tells Felicia about her and Rick once being a couple. Rick isn't happy with the fact that Phoebe is more interested in her music career than her job at the company. When Phoebe gets a new look she is upset when Rick tells her that he doesn't like it.

Rick and Ridge are concerned about the influence Constantine is having over Phoebe. Stephanie urges Ashley to go after Ridge to stop him and Brooke from getting back together. Dr. Mills gives Bridget more news on the eggs used to fertilize Taylor.

After talking with his sister, Ridge decides to ask Ashley out on another date. Brooke is worried that Stephanie will ruin any chance of future happiness between her and Ridge.

Bridget tells Rick about Brooke's decision to try and get back together with Ridge. Brooke asks Ridge to spend the night with her.

Ridge refuses to spend the night with Brooke. Ridge tells Ashley that he and Brooke have no future together. Rick comes up with an idea to try and spend more time with Phoebe.

Ridge tries to offer Phoebe some advise. Rick believes that Constantine's feelings towards Phoebe are stronger than he is letting on. Brooke wants Ashley to stay away from Ridge.

Ridge enjoys spending more time with Ashley. Phoebe is close to finding out that Ashley was the other woman Rick was seeing.

Ashley wants Rick to be honest with everybody about the past that they shared. Stephanie is happy with the fact that Ridge is spending time with Ashley. Ridge is not sure that Brooke made the right decision about returning to work for the company.

Ridge tells his parents that he has no intentions of getting back together with Brooke. Brooke meets a mysterious man in a bar. Brooke's children are left home alone when Donna goes out thinking Brooke is in the driveway returning home.

Hope calls the police after she and RJ are left home alone. Brooke is shocked when she finds out Donna went out with out checking to make sure she was home first. Felicia refuses to give Constantine any information that could spoil Rick and Phoebe's relationship.

As Nick plays with the children, Brooke admits she still has feelings towards him. Ridge is offered Ashley's full support. Nick is determined not to let Stephanie make Brooke like an unfit mother.

Taylor offers Brooke some advise. Nick's cigarette lighter falls on the floor whilst playing with the children and RJ picks it up. As Nick discovers that it is missing Brooke finds the children in the middle of a burning room.

Hope explains how the fire started. Dorothy, the social worker, thinks the children should be taken out of Brooke's care for the evening and Ridge ends up agreeing with her. Brooke becomes upset when Dorothy suggests that she is a bad mother.

Brooke is devastated when Ridge refuses to give the children back to her. Nick is furious with Stephanie.

Nick promises Brooke that he will help her get the kids back. Ridge asks Taylor to speak on Brooke's behalf at the hearing.

Brooke refuses to allow Rick or Bridget to testify on her behalf. Brooke pleads with the judge to be allowed to keep her children.

The custody hearing continues with Taylor stating that she believes Brooke isn't able to look after her children properly at this moment in time. Phoebe, Rick and Constantine perform at Insomnia.

When Ridge is given temporary custody of the children Brooke blames Taylor. The result of the singing competition ends up being a draw.

Brooke clashes with Stephanie when she goes to see the children. Nick argues with Taylor and ends up comforting an upset Brooke. Phoebe tells Rick that she still isn’t ready to take their relationship to the next level.

Brooke is determined to get the children back. Nick agrees to allow her to return to work at Forrester Creations.

Taylor isn't happy when she learns Brooke is back working at Forrester Creations. The bond between Ridge and Ashley continues to grow.

Thorne's behavior concerns Taylor. Ridge and Ashley take their relationship to the next level. Stephanie refuses to let Brooke see the children.

Ashley tells Rick about having spent the night with Ridge and tells him that she wants to tell Ridge about the past they once shared. Donna confronts Stephanie about keeping her sister away from the children.

Rick admits to Phoebe that Ashley was the other women in his life. Before Ashley can admit the truth to Ridge, Phoebe tells him. Thorne's actions worry his family.

Rick begs Phoebe to forgive him by leaving messages on her phone. Thorne is shocked after a drunken night out to find Donna in his bed. Donna is determined to get at Stephanie through Thorne.

In front of the family Phoebe tells Rick they are through. Stephanie urges Ashley not to leave town.

Rick is determined to win Phoebe back. Ashley decides to stick around and tells Ridge that she isn't going anyway.

Stephanie tries to get Ridge and Ashley back together. Ridge admits to Ashley that he loves her and they get back together. Donna uses Thorne's pill addiction to her her own advantage.

Phoebe appears on the Rich Ginger show with Stephanie. Stephanie bad mouths Brooke on the show. The comments upset Thorne who calls Donna.

Thorne continues to be manipulated by Donna as he takes her away on a trip. Brooke learns that Ridge and Ashley are back together.

Stephanie urges Andy to make a move on Brooke. Taylor urges Stephanie to leave Brooke alone.

Thorne plans a future with Donna. Stephanie refuses to allow Brooke to speak with the children when she calls.

Ashley informs Rick that she and Ridge are back together. Donna and Thorne sleep together and make plans for the future. Stephanie is shocked when she learns that Thorne intends to marry Donna.

Stephanie is furious that Thorne is planning to marry Donna. Rick asks Ashley what is the best way to try and win Phoebe back. Upset over the break up Phoebe finds herself being comforted by Constantine.

Nick tells Stephanie that he wont allow her to hurt Brooke anymore. Brooke is surprised to find out that Andy is her secret admirer and is later shocked to find him waiting outside her home.

Andy breaks into Brooke's house after she sends him away and finds herself in danger. Rick tries to reconnect with Phoebe.

Brooke is threatened again by Andy after he attacks her. Brooke attacks Andy with a letter opener. Taylor is worried the egg donor might want custody of the child.

Brooke has the security system in her house reinstalled as she remembers being attacked by Andy. Dorothy tries to find out from Brooke what has happened. Jackie tries to offer Donna some advise. Stephanie learns that the hearing has been put back.

Bridget is shocked when her mother tells her what happened. Stephanie remains determined to stop Donna from marrying her son. Thorne tries to offer his brother some advise.

Stephanie attempts to get Ridge to sign the papers so that he get sole custody of the children. Phoebe is worried about the competition. Ashley tells Phoebe just how much Rick loves her. Stephanie breaks into Brooke's house and ends up arguing with her.

Stephanie taunts Brooke. The singing contest featuring Phoebe, Constantine and Rick gets underway and then everyone awaits the results.

Constantine and Phoebe win the competition and she later insists that she can't do her music career without Rick. Eric tries to sort out the problems between Stephanie and Thorne. Ridge goes to see Brooke and learns of the attack.

Ridge attempts to comfort Brooke and to get her to press charges. Ridge decides to seek out Andy himself. Stephanie mentions Andy's name as she is insulting Brooke. Phoebe tells Rick that even though she loves him, she isn't ready to take their relationship to the next level.

Ridge follows Andy onto a roof top as he tries to get away from him. As Andy grabs a high voltage cable to defend himself Ridge learns that he wasn't working alone. Brooke decides to press charges against Andy after all.

Ridge tries to get Andy to name the person he was working with as a guard shows up. Andy falls into a metal gate and ends up electrocuting himself. Katie returns to town for her sister's wedding. Stephanie remains determined to stop the wedding. Brooke learns from Ridge that Andy wasn't working alone.

Brooke is pleased when Ridge informs her that he will be bringing her children back home to her. Stephanie is less than pleased when she finds out what Ridge has planned. Brooke is reunited with her children and Ridge tells her he will find out who Andy was working with. Stephanie is shocked when she reads about Andy's death.

Jackie thinks that Donna is marrying Thorne for all the wrong reasons. Ridge tells Ashley that he loves her and they share a kiss. Katie believes that her sister still loves Ridge.

Jackie wants Donna to be honest before it is too late as Katie listens in. Katie asks her sister for the truth.

Everyone gathers for the wedding. Donna admits to her sister that she doesn't love Thorne. Katie tells Thorne the truth. As the wedding gets underway Thorne has a difficult decision to make.

Taylor learns from Nick about Donna's plan and she is determined to stop the wedding. Thorne decides he cant marry Donna after finding out the truth from Katie.

Ridge is determined to find out who Andy was working with. Katie wants the feud between her family over with once and for all.

Ashley tries to find out from Eric what is going on between Ridge and Brooke. Ridge is shocked when he discovers his mother's number on Andy's cell phone.

Brooke is convinced that Ridge is still in love with her and not Ashley. Ridge informs Eric about the attack on Brooke and that Stephanie might be involved in some way. Ridge tells Brooke what he has discovered.

The family are shocked by what Ridge has discovered. Eric finds more evidence which links Stephanie to Brooke's attack. A letter that Stephanie has written is found.

Brooke's sister are shocked by Stephanie's part in their sister's attack. Eric is determined that Stephanie is out of everyone's lives for good. Nick hears Bridget talking about a problem Taylor could have with her pregnancy.

Nick is shocked when Bridget admits Taylor could of been given her mother's eggs by mistake. Ridge isn't sure if him and Brooke getting back together is a good idea. Taylor offers Ashley some advise.

Nick is shocked that Taylor's baby could end up being his and Brooke's. Nick is adamant that Taylor must never learn what has happened. Ridge apologizes to Ashley for his recent actions. Brooke tells her sister that she is determined to win Ridge back.

Nick wants Bridget to find out the truth about the baby. Nick learns of Brooke's attack. Nick wonders what will happen if Brooke finds out the truth about the baby that Taylor is carrying. Donna and Thorne talk about what happened.

Brooke begs Ridge to give their relationship another go. Donna and Eric grow closer. Ashley gets a shock.

Ashley stops things from going further with Rick. Brooke finds the engagement ring that Ridge has bought and thinks it is for her. Ashley sees Brooke hugging Ridge.

Brooke is upset when Ridge tells her he bought the ring for Ashley. Ridge asks Ashley to marry him. Eric is shocked when he finds Donna waiting in his bed.

The fashion show gets under way. Brooke freaks out when she Andy and locks herself in her office.

Nick agrees to sell the company back to Eric as long as he agrees to stay away from Stephanie. Ashley and Brooke talk things through. When Brooke takes RJ camping she is haunted by the attack.

Eric agress to Nick's demands and he later thanks Donna. Brooke calls Ridge for help.

Nick asks Donna what is going on between her and Eric. Jackie attempts to seduce Eric. Ridge insists to Brooke that they have no future together.

Eric and Ridge return to work at the company. Ashley clashes with Brooke.

Thorne is shocked when he learns that his father is seeing Donna. Ashly is shocked when Brooke tells her that Stephanie is responsible for what happened to her. Brooke still believes that she will win Ridge back.

Thorne tells Katie about his father seeing her sister. Donna asks Eric what will happen to them when Stephanie returns.

Taylor and Nick get used to being parents. Taylor and Nick are shocked that the baby will need a bone marrow transplant. Felicia confronts Donna. Felicia is shocked when Eric tells her about Stephanie's part in Brooke's attack.

Bridget discovers that her mother's eggs where indeed actually used. Nick is shocked when he learns the news. Brooke and Ridge grow closer after drinking champagne but they are interrupted by Bridget asking her mother to come to the hospital.

Brooke is shocked by what Bridget tells her but she decides to help the baby. Nick feels a connection top both Brooke and the baby. Nick stops Taylor from discovering what is going on. Ashley is surprised in Paris when she sees Rick. Katie warns Ridge not to hurt her sister.

Bridget is worried that her mother might become attached to the child. Taylor is shocked when she learns the truth. Donna is forced to hide as Stephanie returns home. Stephanie begs Eric to forgive her.

Eric wants Stephanie to apologise to Brooke for what she has put her through. Brooke tries to convince Taylor that she wont interfere in the baby's life. Ridge learns that Brooke saved the baby's life.

Donna clashes with Stephanie. Ridge learns about the mix up with the baby. Taylor and Nick decide to name the baby Jack.

Ridge isn't happy to see his mother and warns her to stay away from Brooke. Felicia tries to convince her father to stop seeing Donna but he refuses. Brooke is shocked when she comes face to face with Stephanie who tries to apologize.

Brooke refuses to accept Stephanie's apology and Stephanie wants her to relive what happened that night. Thorne is shocked when Katie tells him about his mother's role in Brooke's attack.

Stephanie tells Brooke how Ridge really feels about her in an effort to regain her trust. Stephanie starts to think that Eric could be seeing somebody else and is shocked when she realizes it is Donna. Ridge learns that Ashley is returning home.

Ridge admits to Brooke that he would like a future with her and things heat up between them. Eric tells Stephanie that the company is his after she tries to sack Donna. Katie and Throne talk to Donna about her relationship with Eric.

Ashley is upset when she returns home and Ridge tells her that he is back together with Brooke. Brooke is shocked when she finds out her sister is seeing Eric.

Brooke agrees to sign away her parental rights to the baby when Nick asks her to. Taylor blames Bridget for what has happened and is worried that the baby will be drawn to Brooke.

Taylor is released from the hospital without the baby. When Clarke finds out that Sally wants to sell the company he tries to convince Jackie to buy it.

Taylor isn't sure that Brooke should sign away her rights to the baby as she struggles to bond with the baby. Jackie buys the company from Sally.

Nick tries to help Taylor bond with the baby. Eric tells Brooke how he really feels about Donna.

Donna wants Nick to help her get even with Stephanie for what she did to her sister. Stephanie argues with Brooke. Jackie makes changes at the company.

Brooke doesn't want Nick fighting her battles. Brooke isn't happy that Donna spoke to Nick. Donna calls her father for help. Nick issues a threat to Stephanie.

Nick tells Eric he will take the company back unless he divorces Stephanie. Brooke isn't happy to see her father but Donna forces her to tell him about the attack.

Stephen isn't happy when he learns about Stephanie's involvement in his daughter's attack. Stephen plots with Donna to get even. Stephen clashes with Stephanie.

When Stephanie tells him that Eric and Donna are having an affair Stephen is shocked. Donna gets Eric to offer Katie a job at the company. Stephen decides to confront Eric and Donna with what Stephanie told him.

Nick secretly meets with Brooke to talk about the baby. Storm isn't pleased to find out that his father is in town. Storm and Katie find a gun in Brooke's safe which Storm ends up giving to Stephanie. Stephen is furious with Dona and Eric. Storm confronts his father.

Eric decides who he wants to be with. Ridge tells his brother and sister that they have to support their father's decision. Stephanie realizes that Eric has come to ask her for a divorce.

Ridge thinks it would be best if his mother did not attend the fashion show but she refuses to stay away. The Logan family learn that Eric is divorcing Stephanie.

Donna isn't happy that Stephanie is at the fashion show. Stephen is determined to get even with Stephanie for everything she has put his family through over the years. The fashion show gets under way.

Stephanie makes sure that Donna misses the fashion show. Eric is shocked when Stephanie takes Donna's place in the show.

Eric is furious when he learns that his children helped Stephanie make sure Donna missed her big moment. Donna is rescued by Jake. Stephanie receives various threats and then somebody fires a shot at her.

Donna finds Stephanie and when Eric shows up he calls for help. Everyone is shocked to learn what has happened. Lt Baker questions the likely suspects. Eric goes with Stephannie when she is rushed to the hospital.

Stephanie says the name Logan before loosing consciousness. Stephanie is forced to undergo surgery. Brooke discovers that her gun is not where it should be. Eric is shocked when Stephanie says that Donna shot her.

Eric finds it hard to believe Stephanie's claims. Donna tells Eric that she has done nothing wrong. Brooke and Ridge argue. Donna goes to see Stephanie and asks her to tell the truth about who shot her.

Pam visits her sister who is sleeping and lets her know how jealous she is of her. Eric tells Donna that he believes in her innocence. Donna wonders if Pam could of shot Stephanie. Brooke interferes in the way Taylor is bringing up Jack.

Bridget worries that her mother could start to become attached the baby. Lt Baker and his son continue to investigate the shooting.

Stephanie tells the police that Donna shot her. Katie tells her sister that she thinks their father could of shot Stephanie. Lt Baker finds the gun that shot Stephanie in Stephen's room.

Stephen insists that he is innocent. Storm promises his father that he will discover the identity of the person who did shoot Stephanie. Both Clarke and Ridge accuse Nick of shooting Stephanie. Stephanie learns of Stephen's arrest.

Ridge advises his brother not to ruin his relationship with Taylor. Ashley tells Ridge that it would be nice if they could still be friends. When Brooke learns that Taylor has gone away and left Jack behind she goes to see the baby when she hears him crying.

Brooke connects with the baby. Nick thinks that Brooke should see the baby in secret. Stephen is released on bail. Lt Baker is determined to continue investigating the case.

Stephanie is released from the hospital. Donna believes that now Stephanie is back home her relationship with Eric is over. Katie discovers that Jake may have footage of Stephanie's shooting without knowing it.

Stephen is able to get to Stephanie without anyone seeing him and claims that he has been framed. When Eric finds him he calls the police. Jake and Katie look through the footage. Donna and Brooke are shocked when Katie shows them what she and Jake have discovered. Katie accuses her father of shooting Stephaine.

Stephen continues to try and convince his family that he didn't shoot Stephanie. Ann wants Pam to return back home. Taylor returns home determined to make a fresh start with the baby.

Brooke feels bad about seeing the baby behind Taylor's back. Nick doesn't want Brooke to walk away. Ridge learns how Brooke feels about the baby.

Ridge tells Brooke she has to choose between him and the baby. Taylor sees Nick hugging Brooke.

Storm celebrates his birthday. Storm tries to convince his sisters that their father might not be guilty. Brooke realizes that her brother has the same ring in in the picture that their father was wearing. Eric insists to Stephanie that his future is with Donna. A storm causes a blackout.

Stephen is certain that his son will discover who really shot Stephanie. Taylor tells Nick how hard it is bonding with the baby when she knows Brooke is really his mother.

Stephanie tells Ridge how hard she is finding it without Eric at her side. Brooke begins to believe in her father's innocence.

Brooke tells Katie that she thinks their brother set their father up. Ridge talks to Eric about Stephanie and when Eric goes to see her Stephanie tells him that there will be no Christmas this year.

Storm admits to Brooke that he framed their father and begs her not to tell the police. Stephanie pays a visit to Stephen at the jail and tells him that she is determined to make him pay.

Brooke tries to make Storm confess what he has done. Donna warns Stephanie to stay away from Eric. Stephen is shocked when Storm tells him that he shot Stephanie.

Stephen wants Storm to keep quiet about what he has done and let himself take the blame. When Ridge asks Donna to let Eric spend Christmas with his family she is forced to agree. Eric gives Donna a gift and tells her they will be together forever once Christmas is over.

Eric tries to convince Stephanie to celebrate Christmas after all. Brooke tells Ridge that she wont be spending Christmas with him at Stephanie's house. Stephanie is surprised when she returns home to find the house decorated and all her family there. Brooke shows up to join the celebrations.

Stephanie tells Ridge that she still hopes to win Eric back. Eric tells Donna how much her loves her. Ridge learns that Eric is planning on divorcing Stephanie. Storm wants to admit everything to the police but Brooke comes up with another idea.

Brooke hopes that Stephanie will agree to a deal which could see her father being freed. Bridget learns from Stephanie that she is meeting Brooke and Stephanie tells her she is willing to talk to Brooke about anything except her father.

When Stephanie learns from Brooke that it was Storm who shot her she wants to go to the police. Katie spends some time with her father. Taylor tells Nick that as long as Brooke stays away everything will be fine.

Brooke tells Stephanie that the only way everyone can move on is if she tells the police her father is innocent. Stephanie refuses and tells Brooke she has to make her brother confess. Storm decides to confess. Stephanie stalls from signing the divorce papers when Eric shows up. Stephanie tells Brooke to stop her brother from confessing as she has an idea of her own.

Stephanie tells Brooke that the only way to keep her brother out of prison is if she can get Donna to finish things with Eric. Brooke is able to stop her brother from confessing. Eric asks Donna to become his wife. Storm tries to say sorry to Stephanie for what he did to her.

Donna refuses to end her relationship with Eric and tells Brooke that he just asked her to marry him. Stephanie informs Stephen of the deal to keep Storm out of jail.

Felicia works out that her mother is up to something. Donna tells Stephanie that she wont be giving up her relationship with Eric. After Nick tells her something Taylor starts to think that Brooke made sure she was given her eggs.

Donna argues with Stephanie. Stephaine tries to make Donna agree to give up Eric. Taylor resists the urge to have a drink.

Donna fells that she has been left with no choice but to finish with Eric. Donna becomes upset after Eric asks her to marry him again.

Stephen is released after Stephanie informs Lt. Baker that he wasn't the person who shot her. Donna tells Eric that she can't become his wife. Eric tries to get her to change her mind. Stephanie calls Donna and tells her she has to go through with the agreement if she is to save her brother.

Stephen's family are happy that he is a free man again. Stephen decides to leave the country with his son. Stephanie decides to go to Chicago to see how her sister is getting along. Stephanie isn't happy when she learns that Donna has finished things with Eric and tells her she had better of have by the time she returns home. Taylor sees Nick and Brooke holding hands.

After Nick leaves the cafe Taylor confronts Brooke. Taylor tells Brooke that she thinks she made sure that she ended up with her eggs on purpose. Taylor passes out after becoming upset. Nick tells his mother about the mix up with the eggs.

Brooke drives Taylor home after she recovers. Brooke tells Nick everything that happened. Ridge wants Brooke to make plans for their wedding. Jackie tells her son to stop Brooke from marrying Ridge before it is too late.

Jackie tells Brooke that she would be a better mother to the baby. Taylor finds herself tempted to have an alcoholic drink. Nick thinks it would be best if Brooke stayed away for a while but Brooke refuses to let the baby be neglected.

Taylor isn't happy when Brooke shows up to see her. Brooke takes the baby when she smells the alcohol in the drink that Taylor had poured. Donna uses Jake in her plan to split up with Eric.

Brooke takes the baby to Nick's office and tells him what happened. Taylor is furious with Brooke when she shows up and tells her to stay away from Nick and the baby. Donna's plan backfires when Eric still refuses to give up on her.

Nick shares his doubts with Taylor as to whether their relationship will last. Taylor asks him if he wants to get back with Brooke and he replies that as long as she looks after the baby everything will work out between them. Jackie is determined to get her son and Brooke back together. Ridge insists to Brooke that she has to let go of the baby.

Nick tells Brooke that Taylor has promised to be a batter mother to the baby. Taylor isn't happy when she finds things that Nick has kept from his past with Brooke. When Rick visits Taylor he learns from her about Brooke being the baby's real mother. Taylor suffers with another panic attack which Rick later tells his mother and sister about. Taylor keeps seeing visions of Brooke and when Nick comes home she gets very upset.

Taylor wants Nick to get rid of all the things he has kept from his and Brooke's past. Brooke texts Nick but Taylor reads the message. When Taylor confronts her Brooke insists that she has no interest in Nick and just wants to make sure the baby is looked after properly. Taylor is determined to hold on to Nick and the baby.

Brooke tries to offer Taylor some advise. Taylor issues a threat to Jackie after confronting her about wanting Nick and Brooke back together. Nick learns from Brooke about Taylor coming to see her and they remember the past that they once shared. Taylor is tempted to drink after seeing another vision of Brooke.

Donna tells Katie that she really wants to be with Eric and has a plan to stop Stephanie. Taylor has a quick drink and then informs her husband that she intends to be the best wife and mother possible. When Jack keeps crying Taylor has another drink. Donna is surprised when Stephanie shows up at her door.

Stephanie tells Donna that if she doesn't finish things with Eric straight away then she is turning her brother in. Donna ends up telling Eric that she is being blackmailed by Stephanie. James returns to town after receiving a call from Nick to help Taylor. Rick discovers that Taylor has been drinking after he tells her that she leave Nick as he will end up back with Brooke anyway.

Donna tells Eric everything that has been going on. Eric comes up with a plan. Taylor tries to convince James that everything is OK. Eric tries to convince Stephanie that he wants to get back together with her.

Eric tells Stephanie that Donna is out of his life forever. Eric tells Stephanie that he wants to take things slowly. Katie isn't sure that Eric's plan will work. When Rick pays another visit to Taylor she tells him that she knows he wants his mother and Nick back together. Rick tells Taylor that he is there for her if she ever needs his help. Nick wonders if he really is over Brooke.

Brooke is suspicious when Taylor invites her and Ridge over for dinner. Brooke is surprised when Taylor announces during dinner that she has invited a minister over so that Brooke and Ridge can be married.

Ridge thinks Taylor's idea is good but Brooke and Nick are not convinced. Ashley tells Rick that she regrets splitting up with him and asks him if there is any chance that they could get back together. Rick and Ashley kiss.

Brooke decides not to marry Ridge after talking to Nick despite Taylor's pleas. Taylor resists the urge to drink. Stephanie is shocked when Jackie tells her the truth about the baby. Jackie wants Stephanie to work with her to make sure that Brooke and Nick end up together.

Taylor admits to James and Nick that she has had a drink recently. Stephanie tells Ridge that she knows the truth about the baby and urges him not marry Brooke. Stephanie tells Brooke that she is determined that she will never marry her son. James tries to find out from Nick f he still has feelings for Brooke.

Stephanie tries to make Brooke admit that she still cares for Nick. Nick thinks about what James asked him. Taylor learns what James asked Nick and thinks about Brooke replacing her in Nick and the baby's lives.

Brooke surprised after Nick admits that he still cares about her. Nick tells her that his future is still with Taylor and baby Jack. Rick tells his sister that he is worried about Taylor. Taylor continues to have more visions and James tries to offer her some advise.

Nick admits to Taylor that he still loves Broke but pledges his future is with her and Jack. Taylor tells him that she cant live in Brooke's shadow any longer and that they are over. Rick and Brooke learn from Nick that Taylor has left him. Rick tries to comfort an upset Taylor as Brooke does the same with Nick. Nick asks Brooke to be a mother to the baby.

Nick tries to convince Brooke that she belongs with him and the baby and not Ridge. Eric and Donna pretend to end their relationship in front of Stephanie. Rick kisses Taylor.

Brooke finds it hard to get Nick out of her mind. Eric meets Donna in secret. Stephanie and Ridge both wonder why Eric changed his mind about being with Stephanie.

Ridge learns from Brooke that Taylor and Nick have split up. Katie is shocked when Brooke tells her that Nick wants to get back together with her. Katie advises her to stay with Ridge. Nick once again tries to convince Brooke to come back to him and she tells him that she has come to a decision.

Brooke admits to Nick that she loves him and Ridge but her future is with Ridge. Brooke asks Nick to respect her decision and tells him that if he really loved her he would let her go. Both Stephanie and Ridge start to believe that Eric is secretly still seeing Donna. As Donna and Eric spend time alone together Stephanie is determined to catch them.

Nick insists that one day Brooke will come back to him. Nick is determined to be a good father to his son. Stephanie finds out where Donna and Eric are and pounds on the door of the room.

Eric hides on the window ledge so that Stephanie wont find him. The P.I. working for Stephanie manages to take a picture of him on the ledge. Bridget and Nick remember the past that they shared. Katie goes to see Nick and tells him to satay away from her sister.

Eric is shocked to see his picture in the newspaper and hopes that Stephanie wont see it. Eric takes Stephanie on a trip out of the country so she wont see it. Stephanie sees the picture after being given a newspaper on the plane. Eric admits to Stephanie that he really wants to be with Donna.

Eric tells Stephanie that he knows she has been blackmailing Donna and her family. When Ridge shows Brooke the picture she tells him that his mother has been blackmailing her family. Ridge isn't happy that Brooke kept the fact from him that her brother shot his mother.Ridge thinks that Storm needs to be punished. When Stephanie returns home she tells Donna that she is going to the police.

Donna begs Stephanie not to turn her brother in. Brooke, Katie and Donna are unable to convince Stephanie not to call the police. Taylor goes to see the baby and tells Nick that ending their marriage is the best thing for everyone. Taylor is determined to get her life back on track and be with a man who isn't obsessed with Brooke.

Taylor tells Nick that she wishes things could of ended up differently and tells him she wants to take the baby. Ridge tries to attack Storm when they come face to face. Katie tries one last time to get Stephanie to change her mind.

At the last moment Stephanie has a change of heart and doesn't name Storm as the person who shot her. Stephanie asks Eric to spend their their anniversary with her and then after that he is free to do whatever he likes. Nick is shocked that Taylor wants Jack.

Brooke tells Nick that he has to stop Taylor from taking the baby. Taylor tells Ridge that he shouldn't marry Brooke as she will always be connected to Nick. Rick tells Taylor that the baby is better off with Nick. Rick then tells her that if she was with him there would be no competition from Brooke.

Stephanie thinks that Ashley should try and get back together with her son. Brooke isn't happy when Taylor shows up with her son and takes the baby from Nick. Nick tells Brooke he will let the baby spend the night with Taylor then he will take him back.

Brooke and Nick are both worried how the baby is doing with Taylor. Storm agrees to help Nick get his son back and is then shocked to find out Brooke is his real mother. Taylor learns that Nick has applied to the courts to get temporary custody of the baby. Felicia and Ridge hope that Eric and Stephanie will still get back together.

Ridge isn't happy when he finds out that Brooke is working with Nick to take the baby decision away from Taylor. Taylor isn't happy when she sees Brooke at the hearing and she ends up attacking her.

The custody hearing gets under way. Stephanie is confident that she can win Eric back at their anniversary party.

Taylor begs the judge not to take her baby away from her as she has lost so much already. The judge tells Taylor that after her resent actions he has no choice but to award custody to Nick. Eric asks Donna to marry him again.

Rick tells his mother that she should be with Nick. Nick shows up to take the baby away from Taylor. Rick stops Taylor from drinking and Taylor thanks him with a kiss. Once again Nick asks Brooke to come back to a life with him. Ridge shows up demanding that Brooke comes home with him as it looks like Brooke is about to kiss Nick.

Brooke leaves with Ridge and Ridge then tries to find out what is going on. Katie thinks that Bridget should try and get back together with Nick. Taylor is shocked that she kissed Rick. Phoebe shows up and Taylor later tells Rick that they cant be together as it would devastate her daughter.

Brooke asks Ridge to marry her after he asks her who she wants to be with. Eric promises Donna that nothing will change the way he feels about her during the anniversary party. All the family gather for the party. Bridget offers Nick her help.

Pam threatens Donna. Ridge tells Brooke that he will marry her when the time is right and not before. Bridget tells Katie that she shared a kiss with Nick and that she hopes they will get back together. Nick later tells Katie that he isn't ready to move forward with Bridget. Ashley ties to offer Brooke some advise. Felicia begs her father to give her mother another chance.

Eric tells his family that his future is still with Donna. Brooke is worried her daughter will get hurt again when she tells her that she hopes to get back together with Nick. Eric tells Donna that he wants her to become his wife as soon as possible.

Eric tells Pam never to threaten Donna again. Pam is able to convince Eric to give Stephanie a job back at Forrester Creations. Rick doesn't think it is a good idea for Bridget to become involved with Nick again. Brooke shares her frustrations with Katie and Katie advises her to concentrate on her life with Ridge. Brooke goes to see Nick and tells him that she doesn't think it is a good idea for him to see Bridget again.

Bridget isn't happy with her mother when she finds out that she went to see Nick. Both Bridget and Nick give Brooke one last chance to say who she really wants to be with. Pam gets a job at the company as the new receptionist but Eric is unaware that she caused the former one to quit. Pam says sorry to Donna in front of Eric for saying what she did to her.

Nick tells Bridget that he doesn't intend to wait for her mother to change her mind about being with him and also tells her that he isn't ready to enter a relationship with her yet either. Bridget tries to seduce Nick. Stephanie is offered a job by Eric. Pam is determined to make sure that Donna ends up out of Eric's life.

Donna thinks that Stephaine has put Pam up to making her life hell. Rick tells his mother if she carries on the way she has been she could end up loosing both Nick and Ridge. Katie likes what she finds out about Nick. Bridget continues to try and seduce Nick.

Brooke isn't happy when she finds out Ridge is talking to Ashley one on one. Katie tries to find out from Nick what happened between him and Bridget. Taylor is surprised when Rick brings Jack with him to see her. Bridget tells her mother that she spent the night with Nick. Brooke promises her daughter that she has no desire to be with Nick.

Eric tries to offer Bridget some advise. Katie warns Nick that Bridget is developing real feelings towards him again. Nick is surprised that he and Katie share the same interests. Taylor tries to convince Ridge to get back together with Ashley. Brooke overhears Taylor and is furious. Rick shows up and defends Taylor. Brooke sees Rick and Taylor sharing a kiss.
