Tim is thrown when he sees Morgan dressed up and Taylor tells him that she’s going to a romantic restaurant with Ridge. Morgan explains that Ridge is her boss and she couldn’t say no, but Tim insists that Morgan could have explained that she has a boyfriend. Deacon tells Rick that Amber doesn’t want to see him and refuses to let him in the room. Deacon adds that Amber has a real man now. Rick is infuriated and slugs Deacon, who grabs Rick as he tries to go past him. Amber hears the commotion and comes out, stunned to see Rick there. Taylor tries to convince Tim that Morgan is using him and she’s not going to let anyone get in the way of her chance with Ridge. She points out that the only way Morgan can ever have Ridge will be if she gets rid of Taylor and Steffy - and Tim as well. Taylor insists that Tim is an accomplice and Morgan is spiraling out of control. Tim’s the only one who can save Morgan by stopping her before it’s too late. Taylor is crushed when Tim explains that he can’t let them go. After they are seated at their table, Ridge asks Morgan what’s going on in her life. He tries to draw her out about the last time she saw Taylor, determined to find out if Morgan knows anything about Taylor’s whereabouts. Rick explains to Amber about the pictures and how Brooke planned to make it look as if Rick was cheating on Amber so they’d break up. Amber realizes Rick broke off their engagement because he saw Amber kissing Deacon at the Lair. Deacon asks Amber how many times Rick has dumped her, and what’s to stop him from doing it again. Rick tells Amber he loves her and he wants them to plan the biggest wedding L.A. has ever seen. Deacon urges Amber not to give in to him.
