Tony’s parents arrive and meet Sally, Sofia and Clarke. Tony worries he is going to break his parents’ hearts when he tells them about his HIV. Eduardo and Liliana express their thanks to Sally for all of her generosity toward Tony. Sally says the whole Spectra gang is family and she couldn’t be prouder of Tony if he were her own son. Tony tells his father that he is much happier in L.A., and nothing is going to stop him and Kristen from getting married. Brooke thanks Deacon for what he’s doing for Bridget. However, Deacon says he’s doing it for Brooke. Brooke struggles to control her emotions and then says goodbye to Deacon. Rick enters and wants to know where Bridget is so that he can tell her about Deacon and Amber’s kiss. Brooke informs Rick that Deacon has taken Bridget up to Big Bear to break it off with her. Rick doesn’t understand Brooke’s new found sympathy for Deacon. Rick is skeptical, but Brooke is certain that Deacon will do the right thing. At Big Bear, Bridget wonders why Deacon is so tense. As Deacon watches Bridget make her special hot cocoa, he imagines telling her that he wants a divorce. Bridget snaps Deacon out of it and asks what’s going on.
