Rick orders Stephanie and Taylor out of Brooke's office. He insists that they treat his mother with respect and suggests that they ought to feel grateful to Brooke for how successfully she's run the company. When Bridget arrives to visit Brooke, Brooke admits that she has a lot of shame to work through. Bridget tells Brooke that both she and Deacon are worried about her. Brooke tells Bridget that the best thing for all of them is for Deacon and Brooke to stay as far away from each other as possible. Bridget tells Brooke about the changes at Forrester and reminds Brooke that she's the best thing that ever happened to that company. Brooke thanks Bridget for lifting her spirits. Amber fantasizes about having her own line at Forrester. Rick tells Amber about what happened in Brooke's office and adds that she was right to suggest that he keep an eye on things until Brooke returns. Rick assures Amber that Ridge won't do anything to undermine Brooke. Ridge wants Stephanie and Taylor to back off, but they urge him, in his desire to get back to the classic Forrester, to get rid of the lingerie line because it's tawdry. Taylor and Stephanie are certain that they've gotten through to Ridge and that he'll make the change at the next board meeting.
