Amber still can’t believe that Rick called her trash. Ginger is sorry that she told Rick about Amber’s feelings for Deacon, but urges her not to throw in the towel. Deacon tells Brooke that he thinks Ridge is a fool for not seeing how special she is. Brooke is a little surprised at how well Deacon understands her desire to be loved by someone. Deacon is about to leave when Brooke asks him to stay. The forbidden chemistry between them hangs in the air as Deacon begins to caress Brooke. They kiss and their passion explodes.
