Tony sadly confides in Sally that after what Eric saw tonight, he’s never going to let Kristen anywhere near him. Sally urges Tony to lay down the law with Eric and Stephanie and tell them that he’s not giving up their daughter. Meanwhile, Kristen insists that she and Tony are responsible adults and can love each other without crossing the line. Eric informs Kristen that she’s never going to see Tony again. Tony appears and promises them that nothing will happen to Kristen. They won’t lose their daughter because he can’t lose her either. He tells Eric and Stephanie how much he loves Kristen. When Eric replies that Tony clearly cannot keep the relationship platonic and orders him out, Kristen steps in. She wants her parents to accept the fact that she’s going to have a life with Tony, or she’ll never step foot in their house again. Stephen shows Beth the sports car he just bought and some brochures about new homes in Tuscany. Stephen tells Brooke that it’s time for her to get over L.A. and make a fresh start away from the Forresters, especially Ridge. Beth points out how upset Brooke is, but Stephen assures her that he could never cause Brooke as much pain as Ridge already has. Beth wonders if Brooke is right about being in love with Ridge and belonging together. Brooke goes to the office, where a technician has set up two-way videoconferencing on her computer. She is thrilled to get a call from Ridge, which only reaffirms her connection to him.
