Brooke wants Ridge to admit that deep down he knows she’s right and that he wants her as much as she wants him. Clarke tries to convince Sally that Tony might come back to them once he’s dealt with his diagnosis. They see Thorne and inform him that he’s not welcome at Insomnia. They are stunned when Thorne reveals that his marriage to Brooke has been annulled. He explains that Macy was right about his relationship with Brooke being doomed. Sally has no sympathy for Thorne. When you lie down with the devil, you deserve to get burned. She tells Thorne that he and Brooke killed Macy and nothing he can do or say will change that. Clarke informs Sally that Brooke is a menace - and her next target is Taylor. Ridge instructs Brooke to stop interfering in his marriage because he’s not going to leave Taylor for her. Brooke ducks out of sight when they hear Taylor at the door. Taylor pushes Ridge back inside and tells him she needs to talk to him alone. She tries to settle their differences about what happened with Tony and Kristen, then suggests they make up and kisses him. Alarmed, Taylor notes that she felt something on her foot. Brooke reveals herself and announces that she was just leaving. Taylor is appalled that Brooke cornered Ridge in the steam room. Ridge assures Taylor that nothing was going on. Taylor tells Brooke not to deny that she still has feelings for Ridge. She adds that Ridge should have walked out when Brooke walked in because everyone knows that Brooke is obsessed with him. Taylor orders Brooke to leave her family alone, but Brooke asserts that she will get Ridge back. She will never go away until she has Taylor’s husband and suggests that she end her marriage now - or Brooke will make Taylor’s life a living torment.
