Stephanie gathers her family and makes an announcement. She has decided to go on a cruise with her sister. Kristen tells everyone that she feels blessed to be a part of the family again. She thanks Tony for teaching her the value of family. The Forresters ask Tony to make a speech. He tells them that Kristen has taught him that every moment of life is precious and unique, and he wishes it could go on forever. Taylor spots Tony, who tells her that the truth is going to break Kristen's heart and make her family despise him. When Tony finally gets a chance to talk to Kristen alone, she sees that his hands are shaking and assumes that he's nervous and is about to propose to her. Tony tells her that he can't propose because he has something to tell her, something worse than anything she could imagine. When Eric expresses concern about Bridget, Deacon assures him that he's taking good care of her. Clarke overhears Sofia telling her mother that Tony has HIV. She assures him that she's been tested and is okay. Clarke wonders about Kristen and is horrified when he realizes that Tony hasn't told Kristen yet.
