Sally tells Clarke that business has dried up and, with Macy gone, there’s no reason to continue trying to salvage it. She tells him that it’s over; tomorrow Spectra closes its doors. Lt. Baker tells Eric and Brooke that a couple matching Deacon and Bridget’s description just went into the Lair. Bridget apologizes that last night didn’t exactly go the way Deacon planned. He pulls her close and kisses her saying, “Welcome home, Mrs. Sharpe.” When he admits that he was afraid she was getting cold feet during the ceremony, she confesses that she was worried about how her parents would react. Deacon gives Bridget a pep talk about how they’ll face her family together. When she goes to freshen up, Deacon tells himself that with any luck, Bridget will be home by dinner – and so will Amber. He calls Amber and tells her that he did something last night and when she finds out what it is, she’ll have a choice to make. Rick dismisses Amber’s concern that Bridget’s in trouble. He’s sure Deacon knows the family would kill him if he ever touched Bridget. The bouncer lets Deacon know that Thorne, Brooke and Eric are on their way up to see him. Deacon assures Bridget that his number one priority is getting through to her family. Eric tells Bridget that she’s going home right now, but Bridget stands her ground and insists that she’s not. When Eric and Thorne try to physically carry Bridget out, Deacon stops them in their tracks by telling them to get their hands off his wife!
