Both Brooke and Amber object to Rick’s suggestion. Rick insists that it could have the same impact on the family as Stephanie’s decision to walk Brooke down the aisle. He reminds Amber that she and Brooke will have to learn to get along eventually, but Amber doesn’t want her wedding ruined by Brooke’s animosity. She tells him that Brooke will not be her matron of honor. Rick urges Amber to end the feud with Brooke now and start fresh, for Eric and all of them. Amber agrees to go along with it, but stops short of trying to talk Brooke into being her matron of honor. Thorne urges Brooke to at least consider going along with Rick. Rick finally convinces Brooke to be in the wedding. Stephanie tells Eric that she underestimated Morgan, and she’s not going to make the same mistake with Deacon. Deacon kisses Bridget, then tells her that he doesn’t belong anywhere near the wedding, especially with her. Bridget insists that isn’t true. Deacon tells her that her parents will never accept him because he’s the reason Rick and Amber aren’t married yet. Bridget insists that they don’t know him the way she does, and she would be proud to take him to Rick’s wedding. Deacon tells himself that tomorrow, Amber and Little D will be his again. Deacon calls Eric and warns him to give him what he wants, or he’ll make their worst nightmare come true. Eric promises Stephanie that nothing will disrupt this wedding. Deacon tells himself that tomorrow the Forresters will make their choice between Amber and their daughter.
