Thomas asks Brooke not to sign the papers until he has done something. Thomas tries to convince Nick to allow Ridge to adopt the baby so that Brooke and Ridge wont separate. Jackie learns from Dr Paxson that the paternity test results could be wrong. Brooke arranges to meet Dr Paxson and signs the annulment papers as she is waiting for her to show up.
