Ridge informs Brooke that despite his best efforts Steffy is going to continue to see Rick. Stephanie is not happy that her sister is a suspect in what has happened to Rick. Evidence against Pam is found and she insists that somebody is framing her. Pam is arrested. Pam insists to her sister that she is innocent.
