Sometimes an episode of something can be objectivly releavant. I like certain episodes of shows I dislike if there well-written (W.I.T.C.H for example) |

I'm not trolling just saying things in a consructive way. I didn't even say this show sucks or it's just plain stupid, or anything, just that I find it politically incorrect and something that makes African American culture look bad in society. Like what Murdock told me "you're free to express your dismay for any show just do it in a consrtuctive manner." A better example of flaming was when Runestar posted a thread in the Simpsons forum saying I hate Simpsons, and when they asked for reasons all he said was it's just stupid, at least I'm coming up with some good reasons, especially since I've always been agianst racism. |

A tagline is a terrible thing to waste. |

FYI, one of your favorite shows, The Simpsons, has racism in it as well. You can't get away from it, escpecially not on the television. That's why these shows were created, so people can laugh at offensive stuff like this. |

"MLK is turning in his grave" isn't constructive, you're simply using a corpse of a historical icon to describe, without elaboration or reason, dislike for an episode that went over your head, and which you obviously don't understand.
African American culture, which The Boondocks reflects on both the positive and negative sides of, makes itself look bad with how bitter celebrities and urban neighborhoods continue to reflect mentalities and prejudices that were relevant in the 1950's and 1960's. That is EXPERIANCE, it's not some black animator exploiting his race, he's simply pointing out that this happens in real life. It's not racism if a member of the same race is telling viewers the facts of what he's seen and knows.
If you can't handle real life being reflected in animation, don't watch it. That's why South Park offends people like you, it holds a mirror to your face and tells you to wake the heck up. |
