Episode Quotes
Fleming: No offense, Henry, but your daughter is downright spooky.
Henry Jarrod: Like most savants, she has limitation in other areas. Connection issues. Some sociopathic tendencies.
Fleming: Well, nobody's perfect.

Max: A fortune cookie once told me our fate is fixed. It's our destiny that must be seized.
Vince: That's pretty good. I usually get the lotto numbers.

Tracey Jarrod / Dice: I see things, visions. Events before they happen. In Salem, they would have burned me at the stake, but it's not magic. It's numbers and it's beautiful and he's turning it into something ugly.

Fleming: Yes, Tracey, I killed your father. How can we get past that?

Fleming: My hero. I never forget a favor, Cape. But on this occasion, I'm prepared to make an exception.

Orwell: Did you know the average resident of Palm City's gone on camera 300 times a day just going about their business?
Vince: Thanks for the tip.
Orwell: Orwell's watching.
Vince: You really are creepy.

Max: Two days? I could just throw you off of a tall building right now and save you the trouble. Why do you always bother me when I'm drinking?
Vince: Because you're always drinking.

Max: It takes years to master the highwire. Funambulism is an art form.
Vince: Funambulism?
Max: Doesn't anybody read anymore?
Ruvi: Max, since Vincent is likely to die in this endeavor anyway, we'd, we'd like to try something a little...
Raia: Experimental.
Max: If I were you, I'd run like hell.

Vince: What if I wake up in the middle and all my mind sees is a 41-story drop?
Ruvi: Max gets his cape back. After a trip to the dry cleaners.

Fleming: You look outstanding.
Tracey Jarrod / Dice: I bet you say that to all your assassins.
Fleming: Stand with me. Share this with me.
Tracey Jarrod / Dice: I could, Peter. i could see that. You're very special. A dark prince. Maybe in the next life.

Fleming: Don't think that because you're beautiful and I have feelings for you that I won't destroy you. Don't underestimate me.
Tracey Jarrod / Dice: I just wanted to see the real you.
Fleming: You wouldn't last five minutes with the real me.

Dana: (reading the comic) "The Cape races across the rooftops, right on the heels of The White Hand. (high screechy voice) 'You'll never catch me, Cape. You'll never get your life back.'"
Trip: Mom? Don't do the voices.
Dana: Got it.

Vince: Well, you tell me this. why? Was this meant to be?
Max: If you have to ask an old, broke down carny thief, maybe you already know the answer.
Vince: I can't get a straight answer to save my life.
Max: Welcome to Wonderland.
