Montclair or Rallo as everyone calls him, is Donna's 5 year old son and Cleveland's stepson.
Rallo is quick with the one liners & has a thing for the ladies.

He was kicked out of school for pulling down his teacher's pants, but with Cleveland's help, was admitted back into school and was taught the proper way to check out the girls.

Rallo was first introduced in the “Pilot” episode.

Donna Lou Retton Tubbs Brown was the object of Cleveland's affection when the 2 of them were in high school together.
However she didn't seem to be aware of it since she was dating a guy who was, in Cleveland's eye's, completely wrong for her named Robert.

She married Robert after high school and had two children, 5 year old Rallo and 16 year old Roberta.
It is unknown exactly when Robert and Donna separated but since Robert doesn't seem to know his children's ages or what grades they are in it is assumed their marriage was short.

After she became acquainted with Cleveland again, she realized how important having a man around the house was so to Cleveland's surprise she reunited with Robert but after Cleveland revealed his true feeling to Donna Robert was history again and Cleveland and Donna were married.

Cleveland Junior is Cleveland's 14 year old son he had with his ex-wife Loretta.

Cleveland Jr. has gone through some vast changes in his life.

He started out (on Family Guy) as a hyperactive skinny child but apparently puberty has hit him like a wet sack of potatoes because he has become a overweight very subdued teenager.

Roberta is Donna's 16 year old daughter & Cleveland's stepdaughter.

She's a typical teenager, sneaking out of the house when she's supposed to watching her little brother, dating boys her mother doesn't like and trying to lie about it when she gets caught.

Cleveland points out that it's rather ironic that Roberta is dating a boy that's no good for her since her mother did the same thing when she was in high school w/ Robert.
