Terry mentions Derek Jeter (1974-), the shortstop for the New York Yankees (1995–present)

During Cleveland's play performance, he shares the stage with an actor dressed as Samuel Clemens, (1835-1910) aka writer Mark Twain, author of famous works like Huckleberry Finn & Tom Sawyer

Rallo pretends to call American football quarterback who is currently a free agent, Donovan McNabb (1975-) & Dallas Cowboy wide receiver (1988–1999), Michael Irving (1966-)

The congregation sings Ease on down, ease on down the road.
This is a line from the 1978 movie and 1974 musical, The Wiz, appropriately titled, Ease on Down the Road

Holt: Brokeback Mountain, That's your son
The Birdcage, that's your son. Rebecca Gayheart.

Along with the 1996 comedy starring Robin Williams (1951-) and Nathan Lane (1956-), The Birdcage.

Holt also mentions actress Rebecca Gayheart (1971-) obviously because her name contain 'Gay'

Visual: Arnold's Whoreshack
