The Closer: Living Proof (2)

A blood feud within a refugee family from Kosovo results in another victim, forcing Brenda and her team, along with Captain Raydor (guest star Mary McDonnell) to continue their investigation on Christmas Day. But Brenda's attention is then diverted when the RV her parents (guest stars Frances Sternhagen and Barry Corbin) drove to Los Angeles is robbed, and all the holiday gifts stored inside stolen.

Recap

The scene picks up from last episode in Sara Miller Marcu’s place and Buzz video tapes the scene and Provenza shows pictures of the murdered individuals and then pauses when he shows a picture of Skander and tells that Buzz can move on. The Coroner tells that 2-5 hours ago, Sara died. Her computer has been taken too. Johnson tells Provenza to talk to Skander again. Johnson asks Gabriel to get a hold of the Doctor. He tells her that he is not going to like it and she asks why. They visit Dr. Morales and he tells that he was supposed to be in Palm Springs, but instead has to be requested by Johnson. He tells her that Sara has the same marks on her body that Amielia has and that she too has been tortured. Johnson feels bad that Dr. Morales isn’t going to be able to see his boyfriend and he tells that it will be fine...
