Episode Quotes
Provenza: (to Flynn about Chef Paul and LaSalle) We should've just shot 'em both.

Buzz: She said not to touch her flowers.
Provenza: I'm not touching her flowers, I'm touching the basket. She didn't say anything about touching the basket, did she? (opens card and begins to read)
Buzz: Now you're reading her card.
Provenza: Oh, shut up, Buzz. Do you see a stamp? She's been a nutjob since she got these flowers and I want to know why. (finishes card) So this explains why she's off sugar. (reads card aloud) "Happy Birthday. You're 40 years young, and I love you. Fritz."

Brenda: Have we heard from Lt. Provenza yet? Or has Chef Paul started walkin' towards Hollywood wavin' a knife over his head saying "Hey there! I killed my wife! Who wants to be next?"

Provenza: Son, I am too old to fight you, so if you don't drop that knife by the time I count five I'm going to shoot you dead. One... Two...
Chef Paul: Make him confess!
Provenza: I dont negotiate. Four...
