Colorful, effusive "Hoppy" Hopp has always been a crowd-pleaser with the voters he represents in the state legislature. And although he's pretty conscientious in his work, he has also playe d along with his younger brother's well-oiled political machine, even when it meant crossing a few palms to put through some useful legislation .
But when the machine tries to pass a bill that will start the biggest pork barrel operation in the state's history, Hoppy rebels, and he uses all the hayseed theatrics at his command in his attempt to block the project.
