AJ is the smartest friend of Timmy, but even this Einstein has (sometimes) problems to stand Crocker. He helped out Timmy in a brain-a-thon competition. If we compare him with Chester, he's a saint.

AJ is probably the only boy in his class that can stand a class with the stupid, annoying, always angry and fairy-obsessed teacher Denzel Crocker. Also, seems that AJ is the only student that Mr. Crocker is able to stand. However, AJ doesn't like Crocker nor Crocker likes AJ.

AJ is an almost perfect student. He is extremely smart and always gets As, but this sometimes pisses Mr. Crocker, since he loves to give only bad news to his students. AJ has also a good attitude and he doesn't get in problems often, but he had some bad experiences with his friends, mainly because Chester and Timmy make him do "wrong" things.

AJ believes that Timmy appreciates him more than Chester, but the truth is that Timmy doesn't have a favorite friend. He usually argues with Chester for this reason, making their friendship weak and even breaking it temporally.

Another thing that makes AJ argue with Chester is the typical question: "Who is the best superhero?" AJ likes both the Crimson Chin comic books and the Crash Nebula TV Series, but he seems to like more Crash Nebula, probably because he is smart and likes futuristic technology over raw, natural power.

AJ's family is rich. They live all together in a huge house in Dimmsdale. It isn't known where does his dad work or what does he do, but seems that he gets a lot of money out of it. Their house has a lot of interesting things for the popular ones, such as a swimming pool and satellite TV. However, he doesn't become popular since he is considered a nerd by them and he isn't really good-looking.

His parents know that he is smart, but AJ hides things from them, and those things are the proof that he is more than just a good student: he is a genius and one of the smartest people in the world. AJ's bedroom is really a laboratory, but he turns it into a typical bedroom pressing a button.
