The Fairly OddParents: A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up Timmy Turner!
A 23 year old Timmy Turner is still in grade school, living at home and still believes in fairies.

After an unexpected reunion with Tootie, an evil developer Hugh J. Magnate, with the help of Denzel Crocker, kidnaps Wanda, Cosmo, Poof and attempts to use their magic to build a hotel on the town's park.
