  Episode Summary
Ruled Out: Timmy is tired of doing what his parents tell him, so he wishes that they care less. At the beginning, things are cool, but after some days things get horrible. Unfortunately, his godparents "care less" too and they don't use magic to solve the problem, so Timmy has to do it without magic...

That's Life: In order to help his mother to win the annual Dimsdale "Veg-Out", Timmy wishes that everything in the garden becomes "full of life". Unfortunately, this relieves Timmy's hamster, which is very angry and wants to get revenge. Will Timmy stop the hamster?

  Episode Notes
Vicky's Head Gag: Onion.

  Analysis
The Vicky's Head Gag of this episode seems to be related to "Ruled Out" in place of "That's Life" as many people think because the onions weren't mentioned in the 2nd episode. If you look carefully, the onion has the "stinky lines" around it, and this seems to be related to the terrible smell that the whole Turner family got in "Ruled Out".
