  Episode Summary
Oh, Brother: Timmy thinks life is better with an older brother. He thinks that an older brother protects you from bullies and makes you look good in front of Trixie Tang, so he wishes for an older brother named Tommy. Unfortunately, this big brother is too good and perfect. To make it worse, Tommy has signed up Timmy for a study program in South America which will last Timmy's whole life as a child. Will Timmy escape from this mess or not?

What's the Difference: Timmy wishes that everything in school was mixed up like a “find it” puzzle book. This includes Cosmo and Wanda's wands. Unfortunately, this carries a lot of problems when Mark Chang’s bride-to-be arrives in Dimmsdale. If Mark doesn't appear, she'll destroy the whole school, and since Cosmo and Wanda do not have their wands they can't make appear Mark.
