The scene opens with Mitch in an interrogation room, wanting to call his lawyer. He has been implicated for murder. The episode flashes back to two weeks earlier. Ray, Mitch and Tammy are discussing the Margaret Whitaker case. Just then Mitch overhears Abby and his daughter chatting in the other room. Claire is trying to make a case with Abby, she wants her way, but Mitch is with Abby on this one. Meanwhile, Mitch is shown telling one of his clients that, he might have to go to prison. The client was at a club, where he had a fight and was thrown out. An hour later the club went up in flames. The client was pulled up on suspicion; as his fingerprint was found on a can of paint in a bathroom; in the club. The man maintains that he is innocent. ..
