The Firm: Chapter Seven

Mitch's defense of a new client, Nate Murphy (guest star Andrew Jenkins), is complicated when the young man's brother is named as a co-defendant. Running out of time, Mitch must convince Nate to go against his own brother and become a witness for the prosecution. Elsewhere, Tammy turns up the heat on a potential ally, Martin Moxon (guest star Stuart Hughes) to help explain his cryptic clue in the slow evolving Sarah Holt case.

Recap

The scene opens with Mitch being interrogated about the death of the insurance company VP in the previous episode. Mitch maintains the fact that the VP committed suicide, and that he ran from the scene because he was being chased. He is then shown being locked up once again after interrogation. Mitch is completely and utterly confused about all that is happening. Earlier, Claire is shown to have prepared dinner for her mom and dad, with Tammy and Ray a part of it. Meanwhile, a jewelry store robbery is in progress, with masked men holding up the store. The old man being held up, recognizes one of the robbers and call out to him, a gunshot is heard; the robbers are shown getting away in a car. A repairman on the roof of the store is shown calling 911. ..
